Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Siliciumcarbidkeramiken mit hoher Oxidationsbeständigkeit in feuchter Atmosphäre. Zur Herstellung dieser Keramiken werden Siliciumcarbidpulver mit Sinteradditiven, umfassend Lanthanoidoxide verdichtet, insbesondere durch Druck-unterstütztes Flüssigphasensintern.
