Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage sowie ein Verfahren zur thermischen Behandlung von mehlförmigen Rohmaterialien in einer separaten Brennkammer zur Vorcalcination der Rohmaterialien, einem Sinterofen sowie einem von den Abgasen des Sinterofens durchströmten Calcinator, wobei die Brennkammer über eine Verbindungsleitung mit dem Calcinator in Verbindung steht und im Calcinator zusätzlicher Brennstoff sowie Verbrennungsluft zugeführt wird. Der zusätzliche Brennstoff wird dabei in einem Bereich zwischen der in den Calcinator mündenden Verbindungsleitung und der Zufuhr der Verbrennungsluft zugeführt wird. Auf diese Weise kann eine wirksame NOx-Minderung sowohl der Abgase des Sinterofens als auch der Abgase der separaten Brennkammer erfolgen.
