Abstract

L'invention concerne une technologie de formation d'un jet de gouttelettes de gaz et notamment d'un jet en deux phases hautement concentré qui comprend des gouttelettes d'un liquide ou de particules solides dans le flux de gaz. Ces jets peuvent s'utiliser dans des équipements anti-incendie, en agriculture pour l'arrosage ou dans des installations climatiques, dans des dispositifs de traitement de surfaces par abrasion et dans d'autres domaines techniques utilisant ces jets. Dans ce procédé de formation d'un jet de gouttelettes de gaz un flux en deux phases est accéléré jusqu'à une vitesse égale ou supérieure à la vitesse du son dans un flux à deux phases, et sa pression est réduite jusqu'à une valeur supérieure à la pression dans le milieu initial. Dans ce dispositif de formation d'un jet de gouttelettes de gaz hautement concentré, la buse dynamique à gaz est faite en deux parties dont une partie d'extrémité est montée par rapport à la seconde de manière à pouvoir la sortir du flux du jet. L'invention permet d'agrandir l'angle de dispersion du flux en deux phases.
