Der in die Hülle einzuführende längliche Gegenstand wird in dieser selbststätig und sicher durch die in Umfangsrichtung federnden Eigenschaften des elastischen Materials der Hülle gehalten, wobei weiterhin zu beachten ist, daß die Zugänglichkeit und Verfügbarkeit des in der Hülle gehaltenen Gegenstandes uneingeschränkt gegeben ist, das heißt der Nutzer kann in einfacher Weise den Gegenstand aus der Hülle herausziehen, ohne dazu den Rucksack öffnen und durchsuchen oder ohne Bänder lösen zu müssen.
