Somit ist jeder einzelne Empfänger als ein Universal-Empfänger ausgebildet, der mehrere oder in besonders vorteilhafter Weise alle von einem Sender abgestrahlten Dienste empfangen kann. Damit muß nicht mehr für jeden Dienst, der empfangen werden soll und vom Anwender der Empfangseinrichtung ausgewählt wird, ein entsprechend auf diesen Dienst ausgelegter Empfänger vorhanden sein. Das bedeutet, daß in Abhängigkeit des zu empfangenden Dienstes der Empfänger auf den Frequenzbereich und die Modulationsart dieses ausgewählten Dienstes abgestimmt wird und gegebenenfalls in dessen Abhängigkeit auch die ZF-Signale gebildet werden können. Damit stehen am Ausgang eines jeden Empfängers Signale (vorzugsweise ZF-Signale) an, die in Abhängigkeit des ausgewählten Dienstes gebildet worden sind und der weiteren Verarbeitung zugeführt werden können, wie dies beispielsweise aus der DE 199 29284 A1 bekannt ist.This object is achieved by the features of patent claim 1. In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind Mittel zur Erfassung des ausgewählten Dienstes und zur Erfassung der Signale (Ausgangssignale) eines jeden Empfängers derart vorgesehen, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Erfassung entschieden wird, welcher zumindest eine Empfänger für den Empfang und welcher zumindest eine andere Empfänger für einen Suchlauf nach dem ausgewählten Dienst eingesetzt wird. So wird zumindest ein Empfänger (ggf. aber auch mehrere Empfänger) für den aktuellen Empfang des ausgewählten Dienstes herangezogen. Parallel dazu kann, insbesondere bei kontinuierlich wechselndem Standort der Empfangseinrichtung (z. B. in einem Fahrzeug) zumindest ein weiterer anderer Empfänger (oder auch mehrere weitere andere Empfänger) nach Sendern suchen, die den gleichen Dienst, aber in besserer Signalqualität, anbieten. Ein bevorzugter Anwendungsfall der erfindungsgemäßen Empfangseinrichtung 1 ist in Kraftfahrzeugen zu sehen, wobei hier die Antennen 3 als Stabantennen oder integrierte Antennen (wie z. B. Stoßfängerantennen, Anten- nenleiterstrukturen auf flächigen Teilen des Fahrzeuges und dergleichen) ausgebildet sind. Die über die Antennen 3 empfangenen HF-Signale werden von dem jeweiligen Empfänger 2 weiterverarbeitet, insbesondere umgewandelt in ZF-Signale. Weiterhin sind Mittel 4 vorhanden, die zur Erfassung des ausgewählten Dienstes ausgebildet sind. Hierbei handelt es sich beispielsweise um Bedienelemente der Empfangseinrichtung 1 , mit denen ein Anwender z. B. einen gewünschten Radiosender oder Fernsehkanal vorgeben kann. Weiterhin sind noch Mittel 5 vorhanden, die die Signale der Empfänger 2 erfassen. Hierbei kann es sich beispielsweise um die Signalpegel der HF- bzw. ZF-Signale handeln. Die Ausgangssignale der Empfänger 2, der Mittel 4 und 5 werden einer Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 zugeführt, bei der es sich beispielsweise um die in der DE 19929 284 A1 beschriebene Synchronisationseinheit und Signalaufbereitungseinheit (Spalte 3, Zeile 32 bis Spalte 4, Zeile 51) handeln kann. Aber auch andere Verfahren für die Signalaufbereitung in der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 sind denkbar. Nach der Verarbeitung der empfangenen Signale erfolgt von der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 eine Signalausgabe 7 um z. B. die Signale eines Rundfunk- oder Fernsehsenders in geeigneter Weise wiederzugeben. Die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 weist insbesondere einen programmierbaren Speicher auf, in dem ein Algorithmus hinterlegbar ist, der abhängig von den Benutzeranforderungen (durch die Mittel 4 eingebbar), den jeweils im System aufgebauten Empfangspfaden und den aktuellen Empfangsbedingungen (erfaßt durch die Mittel 5) dynamisch die jeweils beste und notwendige Systemkonfiguration und ggf. eine Such- und Diversity- konfiguration bestimmt.The figure shows a receiving device 1 which has at least two receivers 2. Ebenfalls alternativ oder ergänzend können Mittel 5.2 außerhalb der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 vorhanden sein, so daß dem Mittel 5.2 (oder auch mehreren, die jeweils einem einzelnen Empfänger 2 zugeordnet sind) die Signale des Empfängers 2 direkt oder über die Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 zugeführt werden. Die Ausgangssignale der Mittel 5.2 werden dann wieder der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung 6 zur weiteren Verarbeitung zugeführt. Auf diese Art und Weise lassen sich in Abhängigkeit der Anzahl der Empfänger 2 voneinander verschiedene, teilweise voneinander verschiedene, gruppenweise gleichartige oder vollständig gleichartige Empfangszüge realisieren.
