Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des dispositifs de sauvetage d'urgence de personnes lors d'incendies ou d'autres accidents dans des bâtiments à niveaux multiples, ainsi que lors de sauvetages miniers. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un corps doté de couvercles latéraux de réglage, dans lesquels sont enfoncés des coussinets. Lesdits couvercles contiennent un arbre, sur lequel est solidement fixée une bobine dotée d'un filin. Ladite bobine possède des flasques se présentant sous forme de disques. Des disques d'arrêt dotés de sabots de freins sont placés de part et d'autre de la bobine, de manière à pouvoir décrire un mouvement axial, et sont fixés dans le corps de manière à éviter toute rotation. Lesdits sabots de freins frottent contre les flasques de la bobine rotative au moyen de ressorts, lesquels sont placés entre les disques d'arrêt et les couvercles de réglage, et lesdits ressorts sont enroulés jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient totalement comprimés et que les extrémités de l'arbre en sortent. Un étui de couverture recouvre le corps, fixé sur ce dernier, et comporte au moins une découpe dans sa partie inférieure. Un orifice est ménagé dans la partie supérieure de l'étui de couverture, un mécanisme de guidage et de lubrification du filin étant fixé à l'intérieur dudit orifice. Le but de l'invention est d'accélérer la descente du dispositif et d'augmenter la fiabilité du fonctionnement de ce dernier, tout en en simplifiant la fabrication.
