Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de traitement antibactérien de fruits, surtout de pommes. Selon l'invention, l'installation comprend un convoyeur (2) de fruits, au moins un générateur de rayons (5, 6) pour générer des rayons ayant des longueurs d'ondes n'affectant pas l'intégrité des fruits (3) et une structure de support telle que le convoyeur (2) et le ou les générateurs de rayons (5, 6) soient positionnés de telle sorte l'un par rapport à l'autre que toute la surface des fruits soit exposée à un rayonnement maximal.
