Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des équipements de mesure utilisés en médecine, en médecine vétérinaire, ou en industrie alimentaire, et concerne notamment des dispositifs pour l'analyse de milieux à dispersion à composants multiples et peut s'utiliser pour contrôler la présence dans le milieu d'intérêt d'agents biologiques tels que virus ou bactéries, de toxines, d'alcool, de drogues, de formations protéiques étrangères ou de sels de métaux lourds. Le procédé de constitution d'une base de données pour déterminer les agents biologiques et les substances chimiques dans un milieu à composants multiples consiste à irradier avec un rayonnement monochromatique cohérent, dans une ou plusieurs gammes de fréquences, un échantillon de milieu comportant l'objet d'intérêt, et à enregistrer soit le spectre de diffusion non élastique soit le spectre dans la zone des minima latéraux, et à écrire le signal analogique. On utilise en tant que source des sources de rayonnement cohérent monochromatiques dans les gammes de rayons X, optiques ou centimétrique, l'écriture du spectre se faisant dans une ou plusieurs gammes.
