Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine biokompatible Sensorelektrodenanordnung sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung, wobei mindestens ein Trägersubstratbereich (22), mindestens ein Zwischensubstratbereich (26) auf den Oberflächenbereich (22a) des Trägersubstratbereichs (22) sowie ein Biomaterialbereich (24) auf dein Oberseitenoberflächenbereich (26a) des Zwischensubstratbereichs (26) vorgesehen sind. Der Biomaterialbereich (24) besteht aus mindestens einer biologisch kompatiblen Materialkomponente. Der Trägersubstratbereich (22) mit dem Zwischensubstratbereich (26) ist in Form oder nach Art eines Platinenelements oder einer gedruckten Schaltung, als fotolithografisch prozessierte Struktur, als aufgeklebte oder auflaminierte Struktur und/oder als eine gedruckt prozessierte Struktur, insbesondere jeweils auf dem Trägersubstrat (22) ausgebildet.
