[技术领域]
本发明涉及在灯箱材料上同时进行正反双面精确喷画的一种高精度同步 双面写真喷画机及喷画方法。
[背景技术]
随着现代化文明建设和商业需要的不断发展, 人们的生活水平的不断提 高, 喷印设备的用途也越来越广。 这种设备可以用于纺织物花色的喷印、 巨 幅路牌广告的喷印、 柔性装饰材料个性化图案的喷印等。 但是, 在目前的数 码喷印设备中, 通常喷印完成一个面后, 再反转到另一个面喷印, 且正面喷 绘的画面与反面喷绘的镜像对称画面要求完全吻合, 通常的技术在精确定位 时是难以保证的。 大多数设备基本采用多点胶轮与长胶辊压紧、 长胶辊与长 胶辊压紧、 小胶轮与小胶辊压紧等点、 线接触摩擦方式。 这些方式难以保证 被喷印材料在移动过程中不错位、 不走偏、 不丢步, 而且, 对部件的加工精 度和安装精度要求很高, 尤其是在灯箱布先喷印前面、 再喷印后面, 要求前 后是同一个画面, 两次操作不能有误差时, 上述方式就不容易保证送料的精 度。 另外, 先喷一面再喷印另一面的效率比较低, 要求操作者非常细心, 才 能保证不出错。 因此, 研制一种高精度同步双面写真喷画机一直是国内外急 待解决的新科研课题。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是这样实现的: 整个装置由放布加张力电机、 灯箱布、 压 布辊、 轨道梁调整支架、 收布加张力电机、 轨道、 滑块、 反喷小车平台、 供 墨系统、 电路板、 喷头、 外风干罩、 内风干罩、 灯箱、 拖布带支撑辊、 主辊、 正喷小车平台、 轨道梁、 拖布带主动辊、 拖布带、 机架组成, 在机架上部安 装中心带有加热系统的主辊, 在机架右上部安装轨道梁调整支架, 在轨道梁 调整支架上安装轨道梁并可调整其平直度, 在轨道梁上安装轨道, 在轨道上 安装滑块, 在滑块上安装可在轨道上滑动的正喷小车平台, 在正喷小车平台 上安装供墨系统、 电路板和弧形排列的喷头, 在机架右中部安装放布加张力 电机, 在机架上部中部分别安装拖布带支撑辊、 拖布带主动辊、 可以上下运 动的压布辊, 在机架左上部安装灯箱、 内风干罩、 外风干罩, 在机架左下部 安装轨道梁调整支架, 在轨道梁调整支架上安装轨道梁并可调整其平直度, 在轨道梁上安装轨道, 在轨道上安装滑块, 在滑块上安装可在轨道上滑动的 反喷小车平台, 在反喷小车平台上安装供墨系统、 电路板、 喷头, 在机架左 下部安装随时保证灯箱布持有反向张力的收布加张力电机, 拖布带套装在两 个拖布带支撑辊和拖布带主动辊上, 并用可夹紧灯箱布又可收紧拖布带使主 辊和拖布带夹送灯箱布的压布辊将其压紧。 本发明的要点在于其产品的结构 形式及双面喷画的工作原理。 其工作原理及操作方法是: 在放布加张力电机 的辊上放置灯箱布, 灯箱布经压布辊与拖布带紧贴着绕过拖布带支撑辊穿过 主辊底部缠绕主辊大半圈经灯箱上表面缠绕到收布加张力电机的辊上。 反喷 小车接收反画面数据, 控制喷头将油墨喷在灯箱布的背面。 当灯箱布的起喷 行走到正喷小车的起喷位置时, 正喷小车接收正画面数据, 控制喷头将油墨 喷在缠绕主辊灯箱布的正面。 由于灯箱布各点是同步行走的, 所以, 正反画 面在步进方向是不会有误差的。 另外, 横向的正反小车驱动电机是被同步控 制的, 所以, 横向正反画面也是不会有误差的。 反面喷射的油墨量仅为正面 的 50%, 喷完的画面再经过内风干罩后, 基本表干。 正面喷射的画面经过主 辊加热后, 再经过外风干罩后就可以卷曲了。 喷完的画面可以在灯箱上直接 观察效果。高精度同步双面写真喷画机与现有技术相比,具有构思设计独特、 制造工艺原理科学、 使正面喷绘的画面与反面喷绘的镜像对称画面精确对正 无误差、 生产效率是分步双面喷画机的二倍以上等优点将广泛地应用于广告 行业双面灯箱制作中。
