- a capsule having the following composition was prepared by a conventional method. 500 g of Compound 1, 300 g of lactose, 100 g of light caustic anhydride and 100 g of sodium lauryl sulfate were mixed by a conventional method. This mixture was filled into Hard Capsule No. 1 (capacity: 100 mg per capsule) using a capsule filling machine (Zanasi LZ-64) to obtain capsules (containing 50 mg of active ingredient per capsule).

- An injection having the following composition is prepared by a conventional method. 1 g of Compound 1 is dissolved in 100 g of purified soybean oil, and 12 g of purified egg yolk lecithin and 25 g of glycerin for injection are added. This mixture is kneaded and emulsified in a conventional manner with distilled water for injection to 1000 mL. The resulting dispersion is aseptically filtered using a 0.2-m disposable membrane filter, and aseptically filled into glass vials in 2 mL increments.
