Abstract

Le système par lequel un fournisseur fournit à un preneur un mécanisme d'enlèvement de gaz de substitution au fréon ou de fréon est considéré comme argent prêté; et la valeur des droits d'émission encaissée sur la base de la quantité de gaz de substitution au fréon ou de fréon enlevée par le preneur, au moyen du mécanisme d'enlèvement, est considérée comme dividende, et cette dividende est allouée en contrepartie du prêt.
