Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et plus particulièrement de la gynécologie; elle concerne des dispositifs pour éviter une grossesse indésirable et notamment des dispositifs de contraception intra-utérins (MCI). Le dispositif comprend une base plastique dont les pattes et les épaulements comprennent des éléments en cuivre. La surface ouverte totale des éléments en cuivre montés sur la base plastique est comprise entre 80 mm2 et 180 mm2, et la surface ouverte des éléments en cuivre montés sur les épaulements équivaut à 50,1 - 80 % de la surface ouverte globale des éléments en cuivre, montés sur la base plastique. Les dimensions du MCI en direction transversale sont comprises entre 21,8 et 14,7 mm et en direction longitudinale entre 27 et 23 mm. Par conséquent, on obtient une efficacité élevée et en même temps l'acceptabilité de l'utilisation de la contraception intra-utérine grâce à la réduction de la fréquence de complications en cas de saignements, des sensations douloureuses, des expulsions, et on réduit le nombre de grossesses indésirables grâce aux MCI.
