As SOD like substance, roasted rice bran at low temperature is fermented by rice koji that contains koji mold (Aspergillus oryzae), and dried kale powder is added. It is suspected that this medicine and food may be effective to maintain health and to prevent and treat diseases by contents of the description, but it was clear that it had remarkable clinical effects by fulfillment cases that will be shown below.
0043, The medicine and food of 3rd fulfillment form of this invention mainly consist of sprouting brown rice and milled sprouting brown rice and food and drink made from soybeans. In this case, sprouting brown rice and milled sprouting brown rice has already described. So, food and drink made from soybeans will be explained as follows.
0044, As food and drink made from soybeans, soymilk and bean-curd refuse can be mentioned, but soymilk is mainly used. It is preferable that these soymilk and bean-curd refuse are made from soybeans that is roasted at low temperature. Soymilk is made by the method as follows.

An example of the process to make soymilk made from soybeans is shown as follows. In roasting by far infrared rays and/or ultrasonic roasting, soybeans are roasted at 40°C-100°C (50°C-95°C is preferable) for a long time. The SOD like molecules in soybeans are changed into smaller molecules by this low temperature-roasting.
0048, In washing process, soybeans after the roasting are washed by water many times to remove dust on surface of soybeans. This process can also be done by a washing machine.
0049, In soaking process, soybeans after washing are soaked in water. The soaking time is different depend on temperature. For about 12 hours in summer and about 24 hours in winter are preferable.
0050, Soybeans after soaking are crushed by a crashing machine with adding water. The resulting product is called soybean slurry that contains water. This process is useful to extract proteins etc. because cell membranes of soybeans are torn. 0059, In the medicine and food of 5th fulfillment form of this invention, fermented soymilk is adopted instead of soymilk in medicine and food of 3rd and 4th fulfillment form of this invention. In this case, fermentation is performed by microorganisms. It is preferable that
30 molecules of SOD like substances in soymilk are changed into small ones by fermentation process. Fermented soymilk made from roasted soybeans at low temperature is more preferable because of double processes. Feπnented soymilk has good flavor. Lactobacillus or koji mold can be adopted as microorganisms to ferment soymilk, but lactobacillus is preferable. Fermented soymilk by lactobacilli contains live bacilli and lactic acid. This fermented soymilk can be used as supplements and people can take it to maintain or enhance their health.
0060, In the medicine and food of 6th fulfillment form of this invention, proliferation- promoting substance of beneficial intestinal bacteria (oligosaccharide) is added to fermented soymilk in the medicine and food of 5th fulfillment form of this invention. So, the medicine and food of 6th fulfillment foπn of this invention consist of sprouting brown rice and/or milled sprouting brown rice, beneficial bacteria, proliferation-promoting substance of beneficial intestinal bacteria, stabilizer for activity of SOD like substance and food and drink made from soybeans. Because sprouting brown rice and food and drink made from soybeans are one of SOS like substances, the medicine and food of 6th fulfillment form also contains SOD like substance.
0061, In the medicine and food of 6th fulfillment form of this invention, fermented soymilk and oligosaccharide are as follows. Oligosaccharide reaches to colons because it can not be digested and cannot be absorbed in intestines. Because only beneficial bacteria (lactobacilli) but bad bacteria can use oligosaccharide, proliferation of lactobacilli in colon is enhanced. Fermented soymilk added oligosaccharide is low calorie food. Among them, feπnented soymilk added lactulose is effective to maintaining health and treating diseases by the effect of enhancement for absorption of calcium and magnesium, intestinal adjustment, proliferation of lactobacilli, improvement of intra-intestinal environment and improvement of high blood ammonia level and hepatic coma. It is expected that the medicine and food of 6th fulfillment foπn of this invention should have remarkable effect to maintain health and treat diseases, because the effects of sprouting brown rice and stabilizer for activity of SOD like substance are added to these effects of feπnented soymilk added oligosaccharide.

0063, In the medicine and food of 5th and 6th fulfillment foπn of this invention, soymilk is feπnented. This means that a part of medicines and foods has process of fermentation. In this case, constituents other than soymilk or all constituents can be fermented.

0065, The medicine and food of 7th fulfillment form of this invention are those of a part or all of constituents in the medicine and food of 1st to 6th fulfillment form are processed like cheese. For example, because the medicine and food of 1st fulfillment foπn consist of only milled sprouting brown rice, milled sprouting brown rice is processed like cheese. Otherwise, in the case of the medicine and food of 2nd to 6th fulfillment forms, more than one constituent is processed like cheese. So, cheese like constituent and other constituent that is not processed like cheese can be mixed.
Further, we can control the foπn of medicine and food from liquid to solid by adjusting its viscosity. Other ingredients of food can be added. Actually, we can make the medicine and food like yogurt, cheese, butter, cake, ice-cream, freeze-dried cake and freeze-dried candy. Among these, those like cheese should be feπnented by Agalikusu brasei muriru. Other than this can be made from soymilk.
0066, The medicine and food of 8th fulfillment form of this invention are those added oil. These are obtained by adding oil to the medicine and food of 1st to 6th fulfillment form of this invention. Sesame oil, olive oil, com oil, soybean oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, rice- bran oil, sunflower oil, palm oil, peanut oil, oil from snapping turtle, liver oil, fish oil, kanpo-animal oil, mixed vegetable oil, mixed animal oil, mixed oil from vegetable and animal oil and powdered oil etc. are mentioned. The oil that is obtained from far infrared- roasted and/or ultrasonic-roasted sesame seeds is preferable. Mixed oil containing this roasted sesame oil is also preferable. The proportion of fermented substances and oil is 1: 1- 2 in weight. By adding oil, the medicine and food may be able to reach into cells, because its affinity to cell membranes becomes higher.
0067, Oligosaccharide-containing fluid used in this invention is as follows. Original ingredient of the oligosaccharide-containing fluid used in this invention is soybean that is roasted at low temperature. So, this fluid also contains low molecular SOD like substances. This fluid can enhance intestinal lactobacilli and can function to maintain health or treat diseases more effectively due to its SOD like substances. It is preferable because it enhance physical function. Because this fluid can be obtained secondarily when soybean products are made, this is a preferable constituent to make the medicines and foods in this invention. Stabilizer of activity for SOD like substance can be added to this fluid. This fluid can be purified.
0068, When the medicine and food in this invention contain beneficial bacteria, it is preferable that 1-10 billion cells/day of live bifidobacteria should be taken orally. The lower limit is determined as 1 billion cells/day, because if it is lesser, the effect will be remarkably reduced. The upper limit is deteπnined as 10 billion cells /day because of capability by recent technique. When the medicine and food of this investment include proliferation- promoting substances of beneficial intestinal bacteria (oligosaccharide), 1.5 -10 g/day of oligosaccharide should be taken orally. In this range, over calorie can be avoided with sufficient effect. When the medicine and food of this investment include SOD like substances, 0.5-2 g/day of SOD like substance should be taken orally. The lower limit is determined as 0.5 g/day, because if it is lesser, the effect will be remarkably reduced. The upper limit is deteπnined as 2 g/day because of avoidance for side effects like that of 5 caffeine. 0069,
The 1st fulfillment example; In the medicine and food of 1st fulfillment example, milled sprouting brown rice, lactosucrose, live bifidobacteria and SOD like substance are homogeneously mixed as follows. A dosage / one time is 5 g. As SOD like substances, 1.5 g 10 of rice bran was roasted by far infra-red ray at 95°C for 2 hours, and 0.2 g of rice koji was added and feπnented for 24 hours, and finally 0.5 g of kale powder was added.

There was no sign of cerebral infarction in MRI, but his magnetic resonance angiograph showed severe stenosis of right middle cerebral artery. The medicine and food

Soymilk is made from soybeans that are roasted at low temperature as the 1st fiilfillment example. Milled sprouting brown rice is 5 made from sprouting brown rice roasted at low temperature. Milled sprouting brown rice is added to the soybean slurry. Milled sprouting brown rice that is 1/20 of soybeans in weight was added. The grain milk is made from this soybean slurry added milled sprouting brown rice by the same method as described in 0051-0052. Purified lactosucrose (97%) and live bifidobacteria are added and cultured at 37°C for 12 hours.

This symptom was due to severe stenosis of his left middle cerebral artery. Despite he was administrated oral anticoagulants and anti-super oxide DIV, his right hemiparesis progressed and he became not to be able to walk. Then, the medicine and food of 2n fulfillment example were administrated to him 3 times a day as
15 food. From after 2 days from the start of administration, right upper and lower extremities started to move and he became to be able to walk 3 weeks after the start of administration. The medicine and food of this invention may be able to satisfactorily attain the purpose in maintaining health, prevention and treatment of infectious diseases, prevention and 25 treatment of allergic diseases, prevention of cancer and prevention of aging. This may be also effective to AIDS and infectious diseases by pathogenic E. coli. Further, it is preferable that this is very effective to vascular diseases due to atherosclerosis. So, severe vascular diseases can be restored safely avoiding surgical risk.

Claims

Claims The range of the invention is:
1) Medicine or food made from low temperature-roasted and milled sprouting brown rice.
2) Medicine or food that include more than one of sprouting brown rice and milled sprouting brown rice, and more than one of beneficial intestinal bacteria, proliferation- promoting substance of beneficial intestinal bacteria, SOD like substance, stabilizer of activity of SOD like substance and food and drink made from soybeans.
3) The claim of No.2) in which sprouting brown rice and/or milled sprouting brown rice are roasted at low temperature.
4) The claim of No.2) in which food and drink made from soy beans are soy milk made from low temperature-roasted soybeans.
5) Medicine or food of claims No. 1 to No. 4, further including grain other than sprouting brown rice.
6) Medicine or food of claims No. 1 to No. 5, in which each constituting elements other than beneficial bacteria contain less than 4 % of water.
7) Medicine or food of claims No. 1 to No. 6, which receive fermentation process partially or all.
8) Medicine or food of claims No. 1 to No. 7, which are processed like cheese partially or all.
