Definitions
- the invention concerns an earth spading machine which couples at the back side of the tractor and digs the earth.
- the spading machines in general couple at the back side of the tractor, dig the earth only at the width of the spading machine itself, without being able to dig outside this dimension.
- my spading machine is that it can dig outside the width of the spading machine itself.
- the height of the digging mechanism is as small as possible and so does the width, and that's because when the digging mechanism extends it can penetrate under the support wires of the vine branches. What we desire with this invention is that in a vineyard the tractor can move only to one direction and not crisscross.
- the digging mechanism can project and each time it meets an obstacle, that is the vine, then it closes without destroying it.
- the figure SI shows the earth spading rnachine front, the figure S2 shows its left side and the figure S3 its ground plan while it also shows the digging mechanism 3 closed.
- the figure S4 shows the earth spading machine front, the figure S5 shows its left side and the figure S6 its ground plan while it also shows the digging mechanism 3A - open.
- One part of the earth spading machine is the movable digging mechanism 3 as it appears in figures SI, S2, S4, S5, S6.
- the digging mechanism 3 consists of the axis 5, on top of the axis 5 there are five metal plates 6 where on top of this metal plates there are mounted the knives 7 that dig the earth and each plate, has four knives digging the earth. -
- the axis 5 is mounted on the parts 4 and 4B with two ball bearings 13 and 14 while the ball bearing 13 lies behind the gear 10. Also the earth bumper 15 as it appears in figures S13, S14, S15 is screwed up on the part 4 of the movable mechanism on parts C.
- the part 19 appears in figures S 19, S 20, S 21, is mounted on top of the stable frame 18, it appears in figures S2, S3, S5, S6, On top of the part 19 there is mounted the part 20 which has two small wheels
- the stable frame 18 has also the control 23, it has also the tank of hydraulic liquid 24.
- the two parts 29 and 30 couple on the tractor crab, while the double energy jack 31 takes power from control 23, and the other jack 32 takes hydraulic energy from the tractor.
- the two connectors of spading machine and tractor 33 figures S 25, S 24, S 2 are intended to keep the spading machine on the tractor, so that the two arms 34 and 35 could not get out the two housings of tractor 36.
- the two arms 34 and 35 are on the stable frame 18 and appear in figures S3 and S6.
- the ball bearings 12 are four and they are on the top side of 4B and in combination with the ball bearings 17 and 27 they take the weight of the digging mechanism 3.
- the other part is the stable frame 18, figures S 16, S 17, S 18, first we fix the part with the two arms 34 and 35 and the side I of pump 26, as it appears in figure S 26.
- the earth spading machine consists of the movable mechanism 3 and the stable part 18, the stable part 18 couples on the tractor with two arms 34 and 35 and fastens with the two joints 33 on the two housings 36.
- the two small wheels 22 and 21 in combination with the back wheels of the tractor share the spading machine weight, also the two parts 29 and 30 couple on the tractor crab in order to lift the spading machine when it is transferred or it does not have to dig.
- the pump 26 provides hydraulic liquid to motor 8 and control 23 at the same time, also through flexible high pressure pipes.
- the gear 10 moves the axis 5 which has on it five metal plates 6, which have the knives 7 that dig the earth.
- control 23 provides pressure to the double energy jack 31, the one edge of the double energy jack 31 is coupled on the stable frame 18 at the point 38.
- the other edge couples on the movable digging mechanism at point 37; in this way we can extend the digging mechanism from 0 mm. up to maximum, and vice-versa, depending on our wish.
- the double energy jack 32 takes hydraulic liquid from the tractor hydraulic system and the control that activates it, is on the tractor next to the driver and therefore the driver can adjust at any time the digging depth of the spading machine.
- the earth bumper 15 is screwed on the parts C of the movable mechanism 4 and on point E as it appears in figures S 1, S4, exactly on top of axis 5, and it protects us from the ejected dusts and stones.
