Abstract

La machine à bêcher de cette invention comprend un cadre stable (18) et un mécanisme à creuser mobile (3), le cadre fixe (18) se trouvant au niveau d'une partie supérieure et se couplant au tracteur, alors que le mécanisme de creusement (3) se trouve au niveau de la partie inférieure proche de la terre et est suspendu au cadre fixe (18). Le mécanisme de creusement en profondeur (19-20) et (32) se trouve au niveau du cadre fixe, une partie sur le côté supérieur (19) et possède un vérin à double effet (32), alors que l'autre partie est (20) et les deux petites roues (21) et (22) se trouvent à l'arrière et sur le côté inférieur de la machine à bêcher et touchent le sol. Le poids de la machine à bêcher est réparti sur le deux petites roues arrière (21) et (22) de ladite machine, et sur les deux roues arrière du tracteur. Avec le vérin à double effet (32) au niveau du mécanisme de creusement en profondeur (19-20), il est possible de vérifier la profondeur à laquelle les lames (7) creusent la terre, cette profondeur allant de 0 mm jusqu'au maximum sous la surface du sol. L'extension du mécanisme de creusement (3) à l'extérieur du cadre fixe (18) s'effectue sur l'axe horizontal de la machine à bêcher, grâce au vérin à double effet (31) et à la commande (23). Cette extension facilite le travail puisque le mécanisme pénètre dans les vignes et creuse la terre, même sous vignes lorsqu'elles sont soulevées de terre, et celles-ci sont reliées entre elles par des câbles de façon à attacher leurs branches. Lorsque les vignes ne sont pas soulevées du sol, elles restent libres sans câble, et il n'est pas nécessaire de creuser le champ au niveau de l'entrelacement des vignes.
