Abstract

L'invention concerne des protéines capables de phosphoryler Elk1 et/ou d'activer une kinase qui phosphoryle Elk1, utilisées pour le diagnostic, le traitement ou la prévention de maladies associées à l'inhibition ou à l'activation excessive de la cascade des MAP-kinases. Au moyen des plasmides pFR-Luc et pFA2-Elk1, l'ADNc codant pour une protéine capable de phosphoryler Elk1 et/ou d'activer une kinase qui phosphoryle Elk1 a été cloné à partir de la banque d'ADNc construite à partir des monocytes du sang périphérique, et la séquence d'ADN ainsi que la séquence d'acide aminé ont été déterminées. La protéine, l'ADN codant pour la protéine, un vecteur de recombinaison contenant l'ADN, et un transformant contenant le vecteur de recombinaison sont utiles pour le criblage d'une substance inhibant ou favorisant l'action de la phosphorylation d'ELk1 et/ou une action d'activation de la kinase qui phosphoryle Elk1.
