L'invention concerne l'émission d'informations d'emplacement, telles que des informations d'identification (ID) de cellules, dans un ordre prédéterminé, par exemple, à des récepteurs déterminés par l'utilisateur à des intervalles temporels prédéterminés, ou à un moment quelconque quand un terminal mobile se déplace d'une cellule à une autre dans le réseau cellulaire, ou à des temps prédéterminés par un utilisateur, ou selon un mode d'émission manuel; et le recueil de telles données dans un support et le suivi d'un tel dispositif mobile au moyen de ces données.
