Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de télésurveillance vidéo par téléphone portable (1, 110), le téléphone comportant un émetteur (2) et un récepteur (4) sous le contrôle d'un organe de contrôle (8) pour connexion à un réseau téléphonique (120), le téléphone pouvant, d'une part, capter et transmettre des signaux sonores BFm et des signaux vidéo Vc provenant respectivement d'un micro (3) produisant les signaux sonores BFm et d'une caméra (6) produisant les signaux vidéo Vc d'images vidéo et, d'autre part, recevoir et restituer des signaux sonores BFe et des signaux vidéo Ve à destination de respectivement un moyen de restitution sonore (5) et d'un écran de restitution vidéo (7), le téléphone comportant une interface d'entrée utilisateur (9) et une source d'alimentation (10) autonome. Selon l'invention, le téléphone comporte en outre un module (20) d'analyse et de diagnostic d'au moins des images vidéo, une entrée dudit module (20) étant reliée en sortie de la caméra (6) et recevant les signaux vidéo Vc, le module étant relié au moins en sortie à l'organe de contrôle (8) pour envoi d'au moins une donnée de diagnostic D audit organe de contrôle (8) en fonction de l'analyse et du diagnostic du signal vidéo par un moyen de calcul (23, 20') programmé (25) par un programme applicatif dudit module, les données de diagnostic D étant des instructions agissant sur l'organe de contrôle. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'exploitation et une application de télésurveillance.
