Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage rigide pour articles à fumer. Cet emballage comprend une première boîte (6) externe, présentant une ouverture (12) à son extrémité supérieure, une seconde boîte (15) placée à l'intérieur de la première boîte (6) et présentant à son extrémité une ouverture (22) coïncidant avec l'ouverture (12) de la première boîte (6). Un élément (24) intermédiaire est intercalé entre la première et la seconde boîte (6, 15) et fixé à l'intérieur d'une des parois (8) de la première boîte (6). L'élément (24) intermédiaire entoure la seconde boîte (15) et peut se placer dans au moins deux positions axiales limites correspondant à deux positions différentes de la seconde boîte (15). Une première partie (29a) de l'élément (24) intermédiaire définit un couvercle (30) permettant de fermer les ouvertures (12, 22) susmentionnées, et pouvant se placer respectivement dans des positions ouvrant ou fermant ces ouvertures (12, 22).
