Claims (38)

  1. Emballage rigide pour articles de tabac, comprenant:
    au moins un contenant (2) de forme parallélépipédique, qui est en forme de paquet afin de recevoir un groupe d'articles de tabac, et un comprend une paroi arrière (6), une paroi avant (7), deux parois latérales (8), une paroi inférieure (9), et une extrémité haute ouverte (3); et

  10. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 9, dans lequel au moins une partie des bords longitudinaux (14) du contenant (2) et les bords longitudinaux (16) correspondants du couvercle (4) sont arrondis ou biseautés.
  11. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 9, dans lequel au moins une partie des bords transversaux (15) du contenant (2) ou des bords transversaux (17) du couvercle (4) sont arrondis ou biseautés.
  12. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le contenant (2) comprend deux projections (18) qui font saillie vers l'extérieur afin de s'engager avec le couvercle (4) avec une certaine quantité d'interférence lorsque le couvercle (4) se trouve dans la position fermée.
  13. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel un collier (19) est ajusté, plié en U, à l'intérieur du contenant (2), et fait partiellement saillie vers l'extérieur de l'extrémité haute ouverte (3) pour s'engager avec une surface intérieure correspondante du couvercle (4) lorsque le couvercle (4) se trouve dans la position fermée.
  14. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 13, dans lequel le collier (19) comprend deux projections (20), qui font saillie vers l'extérieur pour s'engager avec le couvercle (4) avec une certaine quantité d'interférence lorsque le couvercle (4) se trouve dans la position fermée.
  15. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel le contenant (2) et le couvercle (4) sont formés à partir d'une découpe plate (21) ayant deux lignes de pliage longitudinales (22), et un nombre de lignes de pliage transversales (23) définissant, entre les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22):
    un premier panneau (11') formant une partie intérieure de la paroi avant (11) du couvercle (4);
    un second panneau (11") formant une partie extérieure de la paroi avant (11) du couvercle (4);
    un troisième panneau (13') formant la paroi supérieure (13) du couvercle (4);
    un quatrième panneau (10') formant la paroi arrière (10) du couvercle (4);
    un cinquième panneau (6') formant la paroi arrière (6) du contenant (2);
    un sixième panneau (9') formant la paroi inférieure (9) du contenant (2); et
    un septième panneau (7') formant la paroi avant (7) du contenant (2);
    le second panneau (11") possède deux premières pattes (12') qui forment les parois latérales (12) du couvercle (4), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du second panneau (11"), et sont séparées du second panneau (11") par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22);
    le cinquième panneau (6') possède deux secondes pattes (8'), qui forment une partie des parois latérales (8) du contenant (2), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du cinquième panneau (6'), et sont séparées du cinquième panneau (6') par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22);
    le septième panneau (7') possède deux troisièmes pattes (8"), qui forment une partie des parois latérales (8) du contenant (2), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du septième panneau (7'), et sont séparées du septième panneau (7') par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
  16. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 15, dans lequel le quatrième panneau (10') possède quatre pattes (24), qui renforcent l'intérieur des parois latérales (12) du couvercle (4), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du quatrième panneau (10'), et sont séparées du quatrième panneau (10') par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22); et chaque quatrième patte (24) possède une première languette (25) pour renforcer l'intérieur de la paroi supérieure (13) du couvercle (4).
  17. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 15 ou 16, dans lequel chaque seconde patte (8') possède une seconde languette (26) pour renforcer l'intérieur de la paroi inférieure (9) du contenant (2).
  18. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 15, 16, ou 17, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à une cinquième patte (12"); chaque première patte (12') et la cinquième patte (12") correspondante sont superposées et collées entre elles, et définissent respectivement une surface extérieure et une surface intérieure d'une paroi latérale (12) du couvercle (4).
  19. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 18, dans lequel chaque cinquième patte (12") a essentiellement la même forme et est légèrement plus petite que la première patte (12') correspondante.
  20. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 18 ou 19, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à la cinquième patte (12") correspondante le long d'une ligne de pliage (27) parallèle aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
  21. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 18 ou 19, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à la cinquième patte (12") correspondante le long d'une ligne de pliage (27) s'inclinant par rapport aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
  22. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 15, 16 ou 17, dans lequel le premier panneau (11') possède deux cinquièmes pattes (12"), qui forment une partie des parois latérales (12) du couvercle (4), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du premier panneau (11'), et sont séparées du premier panneau (11') par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22); et une première patte (12') et une cinquième patte (12") correspondante sont superposées et collées entre elles afin de définir respectivement une surface extérieure et une surface intérieure d'une paroi latérale (12) du couvercle (4).
  23. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, et comprenant un nombre de contenants (2), chacun desquels est en forme de paquet pour recevoir un groupe d'articles de tabac, et possède une extrémité haute ouverte (3) respective; le couvercle (4) est articulé à l'un des contenants (2) afin de pivoter entre la position ouverte et la position fermée ouvrant et fermant respectivement les extrémités hautes ouvertes (3) de tous les contenants (2).
  24. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 23, dans lequel les contenants (2) sont raccordés entre eux de manière à être mobiles entre une configuration repliable, dans laquelle les contenants (2) sont agencés de sorte à être en contact entre eux et cote à cote le long de la paroi avant (7) et la paroi arrière (6), et une configuration dépliée, dans laquelle les contenants (2) sont agencés cote à cote le long des parois latérales (8); et le couvercle (4) ne peut être déplacé de la position ouverte à la position fermée ouvrant et fermant respectivement les extrémités hautes ouvertes (3) de tous les contenants (2) que lorsque les contenants (2) se trouvent dans la configuration repliable.
  25. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 24, et comprenant deux contenants (2) articulés entre eux le long de bords longitudinaux (14) respectifs.
  26. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 25, dans lequel les contenants (2) sont articulés entre eux par une charnière double (28).
  27. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 24, et comprenant trois contenants (2) articulés entre eux par paires le long de bords longitudinaux (14) respectifs.
  28. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 27, dans lequel les contenants (2) sont articulés entre eux par deux charnières doubles (28).
  29. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 23 à 28, et comprenant un organe de soutien (29) ayant le couvercle commun (4), et auquel les contenants (2) sont collés.
  30. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 29, dans lequel l'organe de soutien (29) comprend une bande de raccordement (30) soutenant le couvercle (4) et que l'on colle à la paroi avant (7) ou la paroi arrière (6) des contenants (2) et aux parois latérales (8) des contenants (2).
  31. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 30, dans lequel l'organe de soutien (29) est formé à partir d'une première découpe plate (31), et chaque contenant (2) est formé à partir d'une seconde découpe plate (38) indépendante de la première découpe (31); la première découpe (31) possède deux lignes de pliage longitudinales (32), et un nombre de lignes de pliage transversales (33) définissant entre les lignes de pliage longitudinales (32);
    un premier panneau (11') formant une partie intérieure de la paroi avant (11) du couvercle (4);
    un second panneau (11") formant une partie extérieure de la paroi avant (11) du couvercle (4);
    un troisième panneau (13') formant la paroi supérieure (13) du couvercle (4);
    un quatrième panneau (10') formant la paroi arrière (10) du couvercle (4); et
    un cinquième panneau (34), de la bande de raccordement (30), que l'on colle à la paroi arrière (6) d'un contenant (2).
  32. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 31, et comprenant deux contenants (2); le cinquième panneau (34) est raccordé à un sixième panneau (35), qui possède une charnière double (28) au milieu et est collé à une paroi latérale (8) des deux contenants (2); et le sixième panneau (35) de la bande de raccordement (30) est raccordé à un septième panneau (36), qui est collé à la paroi avant (7) d'un contenant (2).
  33. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 31, et comprenant trois contenants (2); le cinquième panneau (34) est raccordé à un sixième panneau (35), qui possède une charnière double (28) au milieu et est collé à une paroi latérale (8) de deux contenants (2); le sixième panneau (35) de la bande de raccordement (30) est raccordé à un septième panneau (36), que l'on colle à la paroi avant (7) d'un contenant (2); le septième panneau (36) de la bande de raccordement (30) est raccordé à un huitième panneau (37), qui possède une charnière double (28) au milieu et est collé à une pari latérale (8) de deux contenants (2); et le huitième panneau (37) de la bande de raccordement (30) est raccordé à un neuvième panneau, que l'on colle à la paroi arrière (6) d'un contenant (2).
  34. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 31, 32 ou 33, dans lequel le second panneau (11") possède deux premières pattes (12'), qui forment les parois latérales (12) du couvercle (4), sont situées sur des côtés opposés du second panneau (11"), et sont séparées du second panneau (11") par les lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
  35. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 34, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à une seconde patte (12"); chaque première patte (12') et la seconde patte (12") correspondante sont superposées et collées entre elles, et définissent respectivement une surface extérieure et une surface intérieure d'une paroi latérale (12) du couvercle (4).
  36. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 35, dans lequel chaque seconde patte (12") a essentiellement la même forme et est légèrement plus petite que la première patte (12') correspondante.
  37. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 35 ou 36, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à la seconde patte (12") correspondante le long d'une ligne de pliage (27) parallèle aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
  38. Emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 35 ou 36, dans lequel chaque première patte (12') est raccordée à la seconde patte (12") correspondante le long d'une ligne de pliage (27) s'inclinant par rapport aux lignes de pliage longitudinales (22).
