其主要技术方案是该刷丝头部的锥体长度范围为 2〜15毫米。
一种制备尖头刷丝的方法, 其特征是:
a、 将纺制好的丝束用专用的切丝刀切成所需长度的丝并; b、在尖头刷丝成型槽中加入处理剂和水,其中处理剂的加入量为 20〜 80%,单位为重量百分数,形成尖头刷丝处理液,再将该处理液加温至 50〜 200 °C , 放入上述丝并, 使丝的长度方向与处理液面垂直, 处理 1〜60分 钟;
c、 达处理时间后, 从丝并中心部位用专用镊子抽取处理好的尖头刷 丝丝样, 测量其锥体长度是否符合要求, 若该丝并中心部位的丝经测量符 合要求, 则认为该丝并合格。 测量合格后的丝并将被解开预包装缠绕膜, 放入清洗机内, 用清水洗去尖头刷丝表面的处理液, 再放入专用滤袋, 用 脱水机脱水, 除去尖头刷丝表面的水分。
d、 脱水后, 将尖头刷丝晒干或用专用烘箱烘干。
e、 将晒干或烘干的尖头刷丝理齐, 用专用包装材料包好后即成双头 尖刷丝成品; 若需生产单头尖丝, 则将上述包好的双头尖丝从中间切断, 重新改换包装即可。
所用尖丝处理液的液位高度为所处理的丝并长度的 1/5〜2/3。
所用处理液为酸性处理液或碱性处理液或酚类有机化合物。
其中酸性处理液中的酸为硫酸或盐酸或磷酸;碱性处理液中的碱为氢 氧化钾溶液或氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化锂溶液。
在切丝前,先将尼龙或聚酯或共聚尼龙或共聚聚酯经熔融纺丝并经热 定型后, 在外面包上预包装缠绕膜, 形成丝束。 具体实施方式

3、在尖头刷丝成型槽中加入处理剂和水,其中处理剂的加入量为 20%, 形成尖头处理液, 再将该处理液加温至 200 °C, 放入上述丝并, 处理 60 分钟。处理剂可以是硫酸或盐酸或磷酸或氢氧化钾溶液或氢氧化钠溶液或 氢氧化锂溶液或酚类有机化合物中的任何一种,处理剂在水中含量为所述 处理剂的净含量。刷丝的头部经酸或碱或酚类有机化合物等强腐蚀剂腐蚀 后, 其头部被腐蚀成针尖状。 当腐蚀剂的加入量较大时, 所用的处理温度 及时间可适当降低或减少。
4、 达到所需时间后, 再从丝并中心部位取样测量尖头刷丝的锥体长 度, 当该丝并中心部位的丝经测量合格后, 认为该丝并合格。 测量合格的 丝并将被解开预包装缠绕膜, 放入清洗机内, 用清水洗去尖头刷丝表面的 处理液, 再放入专用滤袋, 用脱水机脱水, 除去尖头刷丝表面的水分。
5、 脱水后, 将尖头刷丝晒干或用专用烘箱烘干。 脱水后还应进行干 燥处理, 以保证刷丝表面干燥, 便于包装与运输。 干燥时, 可将刷丝放在 太阳下晒干, 也放在专用烘箱内烘干。 6、 将上述干燥好的尖头刷丝理齐后, 用专用包装材料包好后即成双 头尖丝成品, 放入专用包装箱内即可。 与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 80%, 处理液的处理温 度为 50°C, 处理时间为 1分钟。
实施例三
与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 70%, 处理液的处理温 度为 75°C, 处理时间为 10分钟。
实施例四
与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 60%, 处理液的处理温 度为 100°C, 处理时间为 20分钟。
实施例五
与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 50%, 处理液的处理温 度为 120°C, 处理时间为 30分钟。
实施例六
与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 40%, 处理液的处理温 度为 150°C, 处理时间为 40分钟。
实施例七
与实施例一的不同之处在于处理剂的加入量为 30%, 处理液的处理温 度为 180°C, 处理时间为 50分钟。
实施例八
与实施例七的不同之处在于丝并的长度为 65mm,最后将采用实施例七 工艺制得的双头尖丝成品从中间用专用切刀切断,改换包装后即得单头尖 丝成品。 工业实用性
本发明的方法可生产出刷丝头部呈针尖状的刷丝,从而生产出尖头刷 丝牙刷或其它各种刷子。 当用于生产牙刷时, 这种牙刷就能将位于牙缝内 牙垢有效清除干净; 当用于生产油漆刷时, 这种刷子可以取代利用猪鬃制 作的刷子, 延长刷子的使用寿命。

权利要求
1、一种尖头刷丝,其特征是该刷丝头部的锥体长度范围为 2〜15毫米。
2、一种制备尖头刷丝的方法, 其特征是^将纺制好的丝束用专用的 切丝刀切成所需长度的丝并; b、 在尖头刷丝成型槽中加入处理剂和水, 其中处理剂的加入量为 20〜80%, 单位为重量百分数, 形成尖头刷丝处理 液, 再将处理液加温至 50〜200°C, 放入上述丝并, 处理 1〜60分钟。

7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征是所用处理液为酸性处理液 或碱性处理液或酚类有机化合物。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征是酸性处理液中的酸为硫酸 或盐酸或磷酸。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征是碱性处理液中的碱为氢氧 化钾溶液或氢氧化钠溶液或氢氧化锂溶液。
