Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine d'expansion à sec à air chaud continu qui permet de faire éclater des céréales telles que le maïs, le paddy, le riz et le sorgho dans des conditions propres et hygiéniques afin d'obtenir un produit éclaté dépourvu de sable ou de cendres et présentant une couleur, un degré d'humidité et d'autres propriétés sensorielles uniformes. Le dispositif d'expansion à sec de l'invention permet également de simplifier les besognes humaines.
