Abstract

Dans les pistolets à soudure les éléments de déplacement doivent être bloqués après positionnement initial de façon qu'ils ne se rétractent pas lorsque la force de travail est appliquée. Selon l'invention, le piston du cylindre de positionnement peut coulisser sur une tige de piston creux, son déplacement étant limité par un épaulement sur la tige de piston creux et par des billes logées dans des trous radiaux pratiqués à proximité de l'extrémité de la tige. Ces billes, à leur tour, se déplacent le long de la surface d'un élément creux comportant une gorge adéquate à l'extrémité de la course de positionnement, où elles s'enfoncent dans la gorge, le piston glissant par dessus ces billes, bloquant ainsi ensemble la tige de piston creux et l'élément creux.
