Abstract

The cylinder is used in welding technology in electric-resistance welding. It has a piston (1) which is positioned axially in a movable manner over a hollow piston rod (2) and can move restricted between the step of the piston rod (2) and shots (5) fitted in the respective radial apertures. Shots (5) move along the profiled surface of a bushing (7) ending by a fixing duct (8) at the end of the travel wherein piston (2) locks them. 2 claims, 2 figures
