参见图 4至图 5本实用新型在实现显示屏的高度调节时, 顶部, 底部转轴保持不动, 只有底部左右弹簧和支架在调整, 支架在受到下 压或者上提的外力后,支架连接的底部左右弹簧也会相应的受到外力。 弹簧在受到外力的情况下, 会产生向上反弹支架的作用力平衡了显示 屏自身的重力, 节省了外力, 保持了显示屏的稳固。 转轴与下部转杆 之间的摩擦力保持了显示屏被调节的高度位置。 二者的结合共同完成 高度任意调节。 在实现显示屏的角度调节时, 限位模块起作用时 (即 自然状态), 下部转轴由其左右弹簧的回弹力保证限位支架与顶部转 轴, 底部转轴紧密相接, 这种情况下, 显示屏角度仅被调节的范围可 以达到前倾 5度,后仰 25度。这和目前市场上的转轴简单实现显示屏 的前后角度的调整的区别不是很大。 为了满足用户对显示屏转动角度 与高度的特殊要求, 我们采用限位支架。 通过限位支架在不同状态下 的工作情况满足角度调节要求。 限位支架不起作用时, 顶部转轴旋转 范围变大, 角度调节范围也扩大。 当限位支架不再限位时, 限位支架 与顶部, 底部的转轴松开, 这时如果支架不动, 顶部转轴可以向后转 动 140 度; 如果顶部转轴不动, 支架可以绕底部转轴的轴心转动 50 度; 如果同时转动顶部转轴和支架, 则可以转到使显示屏面与转轴底 座平行。 因此此款使用新型转轴非常紧凑, 而且当显示屏转至与底座 平行时, 显示屏与底座紧贴在一起。 可以实现壁挂功能, 又可以节省 大量的占用空间和包装空间。 用户操作非常方便。 该转轴结构还可使 底座和显示屏转到平行位置, 实现不拆底座而实现壁挂的功能, 这样 不仅美观而且还可以大大节省空间。 工业应用件 本实用新型转轴可广泛使用于电脑设备中的显示器上, 包括一般 台式电脑的液晶显示器(LCD)和笔记本电脑显示器,其基本功能使显 示器的倾斜角度能随使用者个人需要而调整, 并最大限度地满足使用 者越来越高的需要, 包括满足使用者根据自己所处位置的具体情况调 整显示屏的角度和高度, 使其符合人体工学的需要。

1. 一种显示器转轴, 以枢转连接或 (以固定方式连接)显示器 底座和显示屏, 其特征在于, 显示器转轴包括一支架, 一顶部绞链, 一底部绞链, 一限位架,支架上部为中空筒体转杆,支架下部亦为中 空筒体转杆,顶部绞链包括两个顶部左 /右转轴, 顶部左右转轴套在支 架上部转杆两侧, 底部绞链与显示器底座相连, 其包括两个底部左右 转轴, 底部左右转轴通过与左右两个弹簧相接套在支架下部转杆的两 侧, 限位架安装在与支架平行的位置。.
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的显示器转轴, 其特征在于, 在顶部转轴 与限位架相接处有一做为限位卡槽的凹槽。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的显示器转轴, 其特征在于, 顶部转轴还 包括一用于实现顶部转轴转动的弹簧片。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的显示器转轴,其特征在于,与底部转轴套 接在支架下部转杆的两个左右弹簧呈矩形。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的显示器转轴, 其特征在于, 限位架包括一 限位支架, 一限位弹簧, 十字槽盘头机钉, 限位弹簧通过十字槽盘头 机钉与限位支架固定。
