Abstract

Es wird ein diagnostisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung der VWF-spaltenden Aktivität von ADAMTS-13 in einem Testmedium beschrieben, wobei man das Testmedium mit 0,5 bis 5 U/ml eines ADAMTS-13-freien von WillebrandFaktors (VWF) versetzt und nach Inkubation die ADAMTS-13- Aktivität über den Abfall der VWF­vermittelten Aggregation von Thrombozyten feststellt.
