Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à la gélification et à l'autoassemblage d'amphiphiles à bâtonnets peptidiques. On décrit également un procédé qui permet d'incorporer le gel d'amphiphiles à bâtonnets peptidiques autoassemblés dans des applications de génie tissulaire et de réparation tissulaire. On peut également l'utiliser en tant que squelette tridimensionnel pour le génie tissulaire.
