Abstract

L'invention concerne des kits d'échantillonnages et des dispositifs d'échantillonnage ainsi que leurs utilisations. L'invention concerne un kit d'échantillonnage comprenant un tampon (10) doté d'une poignée (12) et d'une tête de tampon (14). Ledit kit comprend un récipient (30) pourvu d'un orifice éventuel (70). Ladite tête d'échantillonnage (14) peut être détachée de la poignée (12) grâce à l'enclenchement de la tête d'échantillonnage au moyen de dispositifs d'enclenchement et au déplacement de la poignée par rapport auxdits dispositifs d'enclenchement. Lesdits dispositifs d'enclenchement peuvent être formés sur l'orifice ou sur le récipient. Après détachement de la tête d'échantillonnage de la poignée, ladite tête d'échantillonnage reste dans le récipient. Ledit récipient peut être fermé hermétiquement au moyen de dispositifs de fermeture hermétique (220). L'invention concerne également un kit d'échantillonnage contenant des dispositifs de traitement qui permettent de procéder au traitement d'un échantillon collecté. Le moyen de traitement utilisé est un moyen de fermeture absorbant (88) qui permet à l'échantillon d'être maintenu par la tête d'échantillonnage lors du transfert vers les dispositifs de fermeture. En particulier, la matière absorbante peut être un papier imprégné pouvant produire des acides nucléiques amplifiables à partir de cellules buccales.
