Abstract

The invention relates to a canine diaper comprising a foldable (5) oval-shaped pocket (4), the bottom (11) of which is pleated, and three straps (1, 2, 3) which are provided with holes or adhesive strips made of impermeable paper or plastic. Said canine diaper attaches to three locations at the rear end of the dog (the tail and the each side of the rear end) by means of 3 spring clips that are provided with a hook (6). Said hook is suspended in one of the holes of the straps (9) according to the size of the dog. When the dog has to relieve itself, it bends its legs and lifts its tail. The diaper opens and the excrements fall thereinto. The clips are then removed and the diaper is closed by tying the straps together and is placed in a trash can.

Description

COUGHE - CANINE COUGHE - CANINE
The present invention relates to a device for collecting canine faeces before they fall to the ground, thus allowing them to be deposited in a public bin.
)The collection of this waste is traditionally carried out by the dog handler using a handkerchief, a glove or a shovel with or without a handle; or by the town hall by means of motorcycles. The former are not practical and the latter is expensive. But most stay on the sidewalk and cause hygienic problems or accidents (slips, etc.)
The device according to the invention overcomes all these drawbacks and helps to give the reflex to pick up to all the masters since it is simple, practical and easy to set up.
Elle est accrochée par les bretelles au chien en trois points ; aux poils de chaque coté de F arrière-train et à sa queue (fîg .1 et 2) au moyen de trois pinces-crochet (fîg.4).H has as a first characteristic a disposable diaper with a pocket (4) and three suspenders (1,2,3) made of waterproof paper (more ecological) or plastic (in rainy weather) below the hindquarters of the animal. It is hung by the suspenders on the dog at three points; to the hairs on each side of the hindquarters and to its tail (fig. 1 and 2) by means of three hook pliers (fig. 4).
The diaper is provided with an oval pocket which folds in the axis (5) so as not to be crushed when the dog lowers the tail and the bottom is pleated (11) to cushion the fall of the droppings. This reduces the pressure on the clamps preventing them from falling off and pulling on the dog's hair.
The straps 1, 2 and 3 have several holes (3 or 4) at the end, reinforced around by a second layer of paper or plastic depending on the material of the model (7). The strap 1 is cut into two parts to go around the tail. The other two (2 and 3) opposite hang on each side of the rear end (fig 3). This attachment system seems more suitable for long-haired dogs. For dogs with small hairs we can consider suspenders with an adhesive strip at the end and folded and which unfolds at the time of installation (like baby diaper). Other system: mixed; the strap 1 with an adhesive strip and the 2 and 3 with holes for receiving the hook clips. For dogs with very small hairs or without hairs, a thin and flexible leather belt is envisaged which surrounds the two thighs of the animal and is connected on its back. The clips will hang on the belt.
Les couches peuvent être proposées de plusieurs couleurs selon la couleur de l'animal (plus esthétique).Layers can be offered in several colors depending on the color of the animal (more aesthetic).
To hang the diaper, spring clips (8) made of plastic or light metal (example cast aluminum) are used with a hook (6) which fits into one of the holes in the shoulder straps depending on the size of the dog. The part of the clamp which hooks the bristles is made of flexible plastic (or covered) for better adhesion (7). They are reusable and like the diapers, can be of several colors according to the color of the dog. While waiting to be used, they can be attached to the leash or collar in the space (10) between the spring and the end of the clamp.
Generally the dogs make their needs once a day, often at the time when their owners walk them. This is when you have to put the diaper on them. To make his needs the dog folds its hind legs and raises its tail. In this way the pocket tightens and the droppings fall into it. The pocket can be stretched or relaxed depending on whether the dog has its tail down or in the air (fig. 1 and 2). It only remains to unhook the pliers, tie a knot with the suspenders to close the diaper and throw it in a public trash can.
As dogs are not all the same size, we can consider three different sizes of canine diapers: small - medium - large.
By way of nonlimiting example, the pockets will have a diameter of: small 8 cm; medium 10 cm; large 12 cm and a depth of 10 cm; shoulder straps 15 cm; the pliers: small 6 cm - large 8 cm.
