本发明涉裂解炉, 特别是一种废橡胶裂解制燃油用裂解炉, 用于将废旧轮胎变成 清结燃料。 背景技术
随着汽车工业的迅猛发展, 大量废旧轮胎对环造成的危害己使人感到十分忧虑, 正致力于解决此问题。 在现有技术中, 国内普遍采取的方法是让废橡胶变成再生胶, 其缺点是轮胎寿命降低, 而且还造成环境污染; 国外的解决方法基本上有两种, 其 一是让废橡胶在高温, 高压和高浓度氧气的环境下燃烧产生热量, 为需要蒸汽的工 厂提供补充能源, 其不足之处是投资大, 热利用不完全、 操作不方便、 不安全以及 连续运转运行成本高。 其二是用物理办法将废橡胶磨成粉再利用, 与国内新手用的 办法基本相同, 将橡胶粉用于土建工程, 作再生胶, 制低档次的橡胶制品以及用作 燃料。 虽然国外曾研究釆用热分解的办法使之油化, 但迄今仍未得很好的解决。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决已有技术存在的问题, 提供一种运转正常, 裂解产品燃料 油的品质和收得率都比较高的废橡胶裂解制燃料油裂解炉。
本发明的任务是以这样的方式实现的: 该裂解炉出裂解槽和加热炉构成, 裂解槽 为一根密闭 u型槽, 在其一端上表面设有进料口和辅助裂解剂加料口, 在另一端上 表面设有出油气口, 在下表面设有排渣口, 在裂解槽下部沿纵向设有一根转轴, 在 转轴上等距离设有若干片呈螺旋状分布的搅拌叶片, 该转轴由裂解槽一端外贸的电 机和减速机构带动转动, 该裂解槽自排渣口至进料口之间除上表面外, 其余部分置 于加热炉的炉体内, 加热炉的燃烧室设置在裂解槽进料口相反一端的炉体上, 其烟 气出口置于进料口同一端的炉体侧壁上。
本发明的目的还可采取如下措施来实现, 所述的燃烧室最好采用燃油燃烧室。 本发明是这样工作的: 经破碎的废旧橡胶从进料口加到裂解槽内, 在转轴上的叶 片搅拌与推进下与添加的辅助裂解剂充分混合, 从低温区逐渐向高温区移动, 不断 进行裂解反应。 与此同时, 燃烧室燃油后产生的热气从高温区向低温区流动。, 与裂 解槽进行热交换后, 其烟气从烟气出口往外排出。 在裂解槽内橡胶裂解的产物油气 从出油气口排出, 经外置的冷凝装置冷却后成燃料油, 而反应后剩余的裂解渣就从 排渣口排出。
经连续运行试验表明,本发明除具有结构简单、安全性好以及运转正常等优点外, 还获得如下的有益效果: 油品的收得率达 40— 50%, 质量达到国家计量认证部门的 规定要求, 气体的收得率下降至 10— 15%。 附图说明

如图 1和图 2所示,裂解槽 1为一条上端封闭的 U字型长槽,用耐热不锈钢焊成。 在其一端上表开有一个进料口 2和辅助裂解剂加料口 3, 在另一端上表面和下表面分 别开有出油气口 4和排渣口 5。 在裂解槽 1下部沿纵向设一根转轴 6, 该转轴 6由裂 解槽 1两端的轴承座以及动力输入端外置的轴承座 7来支承。 一台电机 8通过出减 速箱和皮带轮组成的减速机构 9与转轴 6连接。 在裂解槽 1的转轴 6上等距离设有 若干片呈螺旋状分布的搅拌叶片 10, 自排渣口 5至进料口 2之间的裂解槽 1除上表 面外, 其余槽身置于加热炉 11的炉体内, 加热炉 11的燃烧室 12设置于靠排渣口 5 一端的炉体一侧, 采用燃油作燃料, 其燃油燃烧器 13置于燃烧室 12 的端部。 加热 炉 11的烟气出口 14设置于靠近进料口 2—端的炉体侧壁上。 加热炉 11及其燃烧室 12用耐火火砖砌成。 外加钢板保护。 在裂解槽 1外露部位还包覆一层保温材料层 14, 以减少热量损失。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种废橡胶裂解制燃油用裂解炉, 其特征是该裂解炉由裂解槽(1)和加热炉 (11)构成, 裂解槽 (1) 为一根密闭 U型槽, 在其一端上表面设有进料口 (2) 和 辅助裂解剂加料口 (3), 在另一端上表面设有出油气口 (4), 在下表面设有排渣口 (5), 在裂解槽 (1) 下部沿纵向设有一根转轴 (6), 在转轴 (6) 上等距离设有若 干片呈螺旋状分布的搅拌叶片(10), 该转轴(6) 由裂解槽(1)一端外置的电机(8) 和减速机构 (9) 带动转动, 该裂解槽(1) 自排渣口 (3) 至加料口 (3)之间除上 表面外, 其余部分置于加热炉 (11) 的炉体内, 加热炉 (11) 的燃烧室 (12) 设置 在裂解槽 (1) 进料口 (3)相反一端的炉体上, 其烟气出口留于进料口同一端的炉 体侧壁上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的裂解炉, 其特征在于其燃烧室 (12) 为燃油燃烧室。
