The invention relates to higly-maneuverable transport means and can be used for transporting persons with limited motion on horizontal, inclined and stepped surfaces. The aim of said invention is to develop a higly-maneuverable transport means exhibiting an increased stability and passability and having a relatively simple structural design and control system. The inventive transformable personal transport means is provided with a chair (2) mounted on an abutting-lever structure which comprises a bearing frame and a rear axle. Said bearing frame is embodied in the form of a four-link mechanism which comprises two bearing rods (5, 6) pivotally connected by means of transverse bars (7, 8) which are provided with a drive gear (9). A wheel pair (cluster) (12, 13) is fixed to the front bearing rod (5). The drive gear of said wheel pair enables the wheels to rotate simultaneously around the common axis (14) thereof. A steering column (15) is arranged on the top part of the bearing rod (5). The head (16) of said steering column is provided with handles and a control board which has steering, control and display organs. The bearing frame is connected to the rear axle by means of at least one lever (20) which is pivotally arranged and provided with a drive gear (19). The rear axle is provided with longitudinally oriented abutment connecting element which can be embodied in the form of a longitudinal bar (21).
