Abstract

Ein Sicherheitselement (2) zum Aufkleben auf ein Dokument (3) besteht aus einem Schichtverbund (1) aus Kunststoff und weist eingebettete, optisch wirksame Strukturen eines Musters (4) auf. Die optisch wirksamen Strukturen in Flächenteilen (13) des Musters (4) liegen in einer von Koordinatenachsen (x; y) aufgespannten Referenzebene des Schichtverbunds (1) und sind in eine reflektierende Grenzfläche abgeformt. Die Grenzfläche ist zwischen einer transparenten Abformschicht und einer Schutzschicht des Schichtverbunds (1) eingebettet. Wenigstens eine Teilfläche (13) weist eine Abmessung grösser als 0,4 mm auf und besitzt in der Grenzfläche wenigstens eine abgeformte Makrostruktur (M), die eine wenigstens stückweise stetige und differenzierbare Funktion der Koordinaten (x; y) ist. Die Makrostruktur (M) ist wenigstens in Teilbereichen gekrümmt und ist keine periodische Dreieck- oder Rechteckfunktion. In der Teilfläche (13) sind benachbarte Extremwerte der Makrostruktur (M) wenigstens 0.1 mm voneinander entfernt. Bei der Beleuchtung des Musters (4) mit Licht ist auf dem Sicherheitselement (2) beim Ändern der Blickrichtung ein optisch variables Muster von Lichtreflexionen sichtbar.
