Abstract
L'invention concerne un anticorps grâce auquel un patient alcoolique ou un patient atteint d'une maladie du foie peut être identifié; une méthode de production de l'anticorps; des hybridomes produisant l'anticorps; et une méthode de dosage immunologique sans inconvénient mettant en oeuvre l'anticorps. Ledit anticorps réagit sélectivement avec un complexe immun composé de transférine et d'immunoglobine, caractérisé en ce que le contenu du complexe immun est considérablement supérieur dans un liquide organique d'un patient alcoolique que dans celui d'un patient non alcoolique. Le complexe immun présent dans un liquide organique est dosé au moyen de l'anticorps anti complexe immun composé de transférine et d'immunoglobine. Ainsi, un patient alcoolique ou un patient atteint d'une maladie du foie peuvent être identifiés sans inconvénient et avec grande précision.
