Abstract

The aforementioned sleeve comprises an element which is used to fix the nut or screw permanently to the hub cap. La presente solicitud de Patente de Invención tiene por objeto el registro de un tapacubos con tornillos de fijación a la llanta integrados que incorpora notables innovaciones y ventajas frente a los actuales tapacubos y sistemas de fijación de la rueda de un vehículo o automóvil al cubo de la suspensión. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN Es común el uso de tapacubos y embellecedores en las ruedas de los vehículos automóviles para tapar total o parcialmente la llanta metálica a efectos de su protección y del buje en la que se encuentra montada dicha rueda. REIVINDICACIONES 1.- TAPACUBOS CON TORNILLOS DE FIJACIÓN A LA LLANTA INTEGRADOS, del tipo utilizado en vehículos automóviles o similares, como ornamentación y cobertura total o parcial de la llanta de las ruedas, existiendo en la carcasa (1) del tapacubos unos manguitos (2) para la fijación del tapacubos a la llanta mediante los correspondientes tornillos (12) o tuercas (3) de fijación de dicha llanta al cubo de la rueda, esencialmente caracterizado porque cada manguito (2) comprende un medio de retención del tornillo (12) o tuerca movible coaxialmente; y porque comprende dicho medio de retención un labio (7) circundante dispuesto en el interior del manguito (2) en una posición próxima a la embocadura externa del mismo; y porque comprende una garganta (4) o estrangulamiento en el contorno circundante de la tuerca (3) o tornillo (12) , delimitado entre dos topes (5 y 6) salientes circundantes; y porque el labio (7) se encuentra alojado de forma ajustada pero deslizante sobre la garganta (4) , encontrándose delimitado su deslizamiento entre los dos topes (5 y 6) mencionados; y porque el tope (6) presenta su contorno exterior en contacto con la superficie interna del manguito (2) , manteniendo el tornillo (12) o la tuerca (3) coaxial, coadyuvado por el labio (7) . 2.- TAPACUBOS CON TORNILLOS DE FIJACIÓN A LA LLANTA INTEGRADOS, de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el labio (7) presenta su contorno (8) interior conificado y su contorno (10) exterior enrasado perpendicular con el eje del manguito (2) ; y porque el tope (5) presenta el contorno (11) interior enrasado perpendicular con el eje del manguito (2) y enfrentado con el contorno (10) del labio (7) en interferencia para la sujeción del tapacubos (1) ; y porque el topo (5) presenta el contorno (9) exterior del topo (5) está conificado, conjugado con el contorno (8) del labio (7) a fin de permitir el montaje del tornillo o tuerca en el interior del manguito (2) .2.
