In this manner the erecting of one first side of the wall is performed either as one operation or so that an opposite wall side is added to said first side as the installation proceeds. Prior to the installation of the opposite wall portion an insulation 17 is favorably arranged between the mutually opposite wall portions.
  • the opposite wall portions are favorably provided with a corresponding strip 5 which, in turn, also constitutes a stud 2 or a part thereof .
  • the web of each strip includes suitably longitudinal thin slits 18. In a final wall these slits 18 will be located in such an aligned position that a locking element, suitably a flat essentially round interconnecting piece 19 as shown in Figure 11 can be introduced (see arrow in Figure 1) into both slits 18 for preventing a separation of the opposite web portions 13 which together constitute the web of the stud.
  • This interconnecting piece 19 is easy to install in the grooves 18 where it will be functionally positioned at a correct position by means of the extending stoppers 20 and a slit 21 which generally corresponds to the thickness of both the webs 13 which together constitute the stud's web.
  • the web 13 favorably comprises also further openings 22 arranged for piping and the like purposes.

Since the material is essentially continuous the waste in material will be very little, even in cases when the height of the wall 1 differs from any standard height.
  • the inventive arrangement requires a minimum of different strip dimensions, since the same strip can be used for walls having different wall thickness, and for both single and double board walls. All boards used can be pre-manufactured symmetrically with factory made shallow grooves at both edges. Still, the provision of special off standard dimensions causes no problems since any necessary additional grooves can easily be made also on site. Thus, the inventive arrangement can easily be used also for attaching door and window frames to the wall as well as for vertically fixing a wall to an adjacent structure.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour interconnecter des panneaux (3, 3a, 3') soutenus par un montant (2) en tôle. Une rainure (7, 7a, 7') est aménagée sur les arêtes opposées (8) des panneaux (3, 3a, 3') et sont destinées à coopérer avec des languettes subséquentes disposées le long de l'arête d'une bande plate (5). Des sections de cintrage (9) sont prévues en connexion avec lesdites languettes, afin de former des lignes de cintrage X le long desquelles la bande (5) est cintrée au moins une fois, afin de s'étendre parallèlement à ladite arête (8). A cet effet, les languettes opposées (6a) demeurent non cintrées et s'étendent de manière à coopérer avec une rainure (7a) aménagée dans un panneau subséquent (3a), tandis que la section principale de la bande forme une bande transversale (13) qui s'étend entre des panneaux subséquents (3, 3a), depuis la surface du panneau, vers l'extérieur.
