Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft isolierte Organe mit in vitro-transfizierten funktionellen glatten Muskelzellen, deren Herstellung sowie Verwendung zur genetischen und/oder pharmakologischen Untersuchung von Krankheiten. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Kulturmedium und eine transportable Vorrichtung zur in vitro-Langzeitkultivierung von Organen.
