Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Vorrichtung zur Signalübertragung zwischen Einheiten, welche entlang vorgegebener Bahnen beweglich sind. Die Vorrichtung umfasst mindestens einen Sender zur Erzeugung elektrische Signale, mindestens eine Leiteran­ordnung zur Führung der elektrischen Signale entlang der Bahn der Bewegung sowie mindestens einen Empfänger zur Auskopplung elektrische Signale aus einer Leiteranord­nung. Mindestens eine Leiteranordnung umfasst mindestens eine Leiterstruktur zur Leitung elektrische Signale, eine dieser zugeordneten elektrische Bezugsfläche sowie min­destens ein Dielektrikum zwischen Leiterstruktur und Bezugsfläche. Ein solches Dielektrikum weist eine hohe Homogenität bzw. eine hohe Symmetrie in Bezug auf die elektrische Mitte der Längsachse der Leiterstruktur auf.
