Abstract

La présente invention concerne un stylo numérique permettant de saisir un caractère ou une image dans un dispositif de gestion de données, tel qu'un ordinateur personnel (PC), un assistant numérique (PDA) ou analogue. Ce stylo est équipé d'une puce à semi-conducteur pour souris optique, reliée à un capteur d'image, conçue pour que les mouvements d'une souris modifient la valeur d'un curseur affiché sur un écran. Le stylo numérique comprend une unité optique pourvue d'une lentille dont la profondeur focale est supérieure à une première valeur critique et le diamètre est inférieur à une seconde valeur critique. Le stylo numérique comprend également une diode électroluminescente (DEL) permettant de balayer une surface reconnue par la lentille et une puce à semi-conducteur pour souris optique.
