Abstract

L'invention porte sur un ensemble comprenant, premièrement, un dispositif de coupe qui découpe un produit alimentaire en tranches tel que du fromage ou de la viande et, deuxièmement, un dispositif d'emballage qui emballe les tranches découpées du produit alimentaire. Le dispositif de coupe et le dispositif d'emballage sont positionnés l'un au-dessus de l'autre. En outre, l'ensemble comprend un dispositif de transfert qui transfère les tranches découpées du dispositif de coupe au dispositif d'emballage.
