Abstract

L'invention concerne une enzyme possédant une activité permettant de transférer N-acétylglucosamine vers un groupe hydroxyle d'un résidu de sérine ou de thréonine dans une apoenzyme ou une séquence de peptides via une liaison α-1, et un acide nucléique codant l'enzyme. L'enzyme susmentionnée possède la séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO:1. Le gène susmentionné a la séquence de base représentée par SEQ ID NO:2.
