Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Mikrovertiefungsarray zur grössenabhängigen Sortierung oder Separation von in einer strömenden Flüssigkeit suspendierten Zellen in Einzelreaktionsräumen sowie ein Verfahren zur Untersuchung der funktionellen Aktivität von Einzelzellen, die mittels des Mikrovertiefungsarrays sortiert/separiert wurden. Das Mikrovertiefungsarray zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie ein Zellarray aus einer mikrostrukturierten Festphase mit einer Vielzahl von Vertiefungen (10) umfasst.
