本发明的目的是提供一种全新风节能空调器。 它不再是一般空调器不断循 环地使用室内空气, 而是将室内空气直接排入室外、 同时引入等量的室外新风; 具有回收冷量或热量的节能功能, 新风是洁净的。
本发明的技术解决方案是在现有空调器主体的基础上, 特别设有引入室外 新风的进风装置, 在气流通道上有固定于箱体中的空气过滤器、 空气热交换器、 蒸发器、 空气洁净器; 有室内空气直接经空气过滤器、 空气热交换器、 冷凝器 被排入室外的排风装置。
以上本发明所述的排风装置的排风风机与冷凝器用风机为同一风机, 室内 空气经冷凝器后被排入室外; 有容纳室内空气的排气室及其可与室外空气相通 的电控窗。
以上本发明所述的引入室外新风的进风装置, 对分为室外机组和室内机组 的分体式空调主体, 在室外机组的箱体中有裸露的空气过滤器、 新风室、 新风 风机; 或者是室外机组箱体中有裸露的空气过滤器、 新风室、 室内机组箱体中 有新风风机; 再者是室外机组箱体中有裸露的空气过滤器、 新风室、 新风风机、 室内机组中有新风凤机。

- 全新风节能空调器的实现: 对于分体式空调, 全新风节能空调器由室外机 组、 室内机组和送风管、 排风管等组成。 由室外机组箱体中进风装置的新风风 机引入室外新风, 经送风管送入室内机组箱体中新风过滤室, 新风经空气过滤 后进入空气热交换器一个空气通道; 同时, 室外机组箱体中的排风风机, 通过 排风管从室内抽出等量的室内空气经过滤后也进入空气热交换器另一空气通 道; 在空气热交换器中, 新风和室内空气通过空心柱体的壁作热交换, 当新风 温度高于室内空气温度时, 新风则从室内空气中交换出冷量, 反之, 空调器作 热泵运行时, 则交换出热量, 经热交换后的新风进入蒸发器降温或空调器作热 泵运行时的加温, 并经空气洁净器洁净后送入室内; 而经热交换后的室内空气 则通过排风管进入排气室, 并改善冷凝器放热或空调器作热泵运行时的吸热后 直接排入室外。 当在低新风量运行时, 此时设于排气室一侧的电控窗开启, 形 成排气分路, 使从室内排出的空气等量于新风。 按上述, 就可获得一种全新风 节能空调器。
依据上述原理, 本发明还可以应用在室外机组和室内机组合并一体的整机 空调器, 以及其它类型的空调器, 如中央空调等, 其将室内空气直接排入室外、 同时引入等量的室外新风的道理是一样的。
本发明的优点: 室内空气不再在室内被循环使用, 而是被热交换出冷量或 热量后直接排出室外; 室外等量的新风可交换出室内空气中 70%以上的冷量或 热量, 节能效果显著; 新风经空气过滤器、 洁净技术的应用和新风中丰富的氧, 有效地提髙了空调环境中的空气品质; 排出的室内空气被强制作用于冷凝器的 再利用, ¾可有效改善空调器的运行, 特别是空调器作热泵运行时; 新风经蒸发 器后送入室内、 被排出的室内空气再利用, 使整体节能性能得到进一步提升, 空调器在全新风状态下进行, 室内的空气温度不会出现失控现象; 室内机组中 可无运动部件, 可使噪音降至最低; 对装饰不当的场合, 可将污染物质直接排 出, 起到事半功倍的效果。 本发明适用于 新风和空气调节的场合, 尤其适用于对空气品质要求高的 场合, 如居室、 办公室、 酒店、 商场、 会议室等。 附图说明
