Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Verfahren zum Online-Support an mindestens einer Arbeitsstation einer Datenverarbeitungsumgebung bzw. an einem PC, welches durch die folgenden Verfahrensschritte gekennzeichnet ist: Starten einer Support-Software an der Arbeitsstation; Anwählen einer Bearbeitungszentrale über ein Datenkommunikationsnetz; Identifikation der Arbeitsstation und/oder des Benutzers der Arbeitsstation durch die Bearbeitungszentrale; Erstellen einer Verbindung durch die Bearbeitungszentrale zu einer freien Support-Station; und Übertragen der Oberfläche und damit verbundenen, relevanten Daten der Arbeitsstation an die Supportstation, um einer Support-Person Zugriff zum System und der Umgebung an der Arbeitsstation zu ermöglichen, und online die Problembehebung an der Arbeitsstation vorzuschlagen oder direkt vorzunehmen.
