Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine du montage et de la construction de divers bâtiments et structures et concerne un profil de guidage qui assure le déplacement libre d'un élément disposé à l'intérieur dudit profil pendant la mise en place de cet élément, de même que la mobilité de l'élément disposé dans le profil de guidage. Le revêtement anti-frottement du profil de guidage se présente comme une couche de composition préalablement granulée, obtenue à partir d'un bain de fusion; il comprend une surface de glissement pour l'élément en contact avec lui, de préférence, faite d'un polymère ou comprenant un revêtement polymère. Cette surface est faite d'un mélange de polyéthylène de densité moyenne à supérieure, avec une proportion entre 5:95 et 95:5, comprenant 1 - 20 % en masse de caoutchouc de silicone et présentant de préférence à sa surface une rugosité de 0,05 - 5,0 micromètres, avec une orientation arbitraire des inégalités permettant d'assurer un coefficient de frottement dans le couple polymère - polymère compris entre 0,18 et 0,40.
