Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et une installation de fabrication d'un carburant composite contenant un hydrocarbure liquide et de l'eau. Elle se rapporte à la production d'électricité et de chaleur, aux industries de carburant et de transport et aux branches connexes. Le procédé (fig. 1) est fondé sur le traitement hydro-acoustique d'un mélange de liquides et consiste à alimenter le mélange dans une cavité fermée (1) de deux roues de travail opposées, coaxiales et contrarotatives (3, 4), à travers des orifices d'injection (9, 9a) dans les disques (10, 10a) des roues, à l'évacuer par intermittence depuis la cavité (1) à travers les orifices (5, 5a) dans les parois annulaires (6, 7) des roues de travail, à l'intérieur de la chambre de collecte (8), et à l'évacuer vers un réservoir de circulation (22) depuis lequel une partie du mélange traité est réinjectée dans la cavité (1) pour subir un traitement répété, et une autre partie est évacuée pour être utilisée comme carburant. Le dispositif comprend deux rotors coaxiaux opposés (11, 12) avec des roues de travail (3, 4) dont chacune comporte un disque (10, 10a) avec une paroi annulaire (6, 7) comportant des fentes (5, 5a). Les roues de travail sont couplées coaxiales par les parois (6, 7) et forment une cavité fermée (1). Le stator (2) est muni d'une cavité d'admission (17, 17a) qui communique avec la cavité (1) par les trous d'admission (9, 9a) faits dans les disques (10, 10a) des roues de travail. L'installation comprend un circuit de circulation qui comporte, reliés en séquence, une pompe de circulation (20), le dispositif susmentionné (21) (fig. 1) et le réservoir de circulation (22) communiquant avec l'atmosphère ainsi que des pompes (23 ... 35), des vannes et des tuyauteries.
