Abstract

Este invento es una base de fijación de cenefas o cualquier otro tipo de piezas cerámicas (2), caracterizada porque resulta muy fácil renovar dichas piezas por personas que carecen de preparación específica. Esta base (3) consiste en una tira de plástico fácilmente recortable a la medida del tramo a instalar y lleva incorporada una cinta autoadhesiva (5) que facilita la fijación instantánea de las piezas cerámicas (2), reduciendo considerablemente de esta manera el tiempo y costo de instalación y sin necesidad de utilizar pasta o mortero de arena y cemento. Esta base de fijación (3) cuyo ancho es igual al de la cenefa, se adhiere a la pared (1), con el mismo mortero que los azulejos normales.

BASE DE FIJACIÓN DE PIEZAS CERÁMICAS INTERCAMBIABLES
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Este invento como su título indica, es una base que permite renovar fácilmente las cenefas o cualquier pieza cerámica decorativa de un cuarto de baño, cocina etc.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Actualmente cualquier alicatado con azulejos cerámicos, normalmente en baños y cocinas de viviendas, se realiza como una obra definitiva, es decir que una vez finalizada ya no es posible cambiar las piezas, particularmente las decorativas como las cenefas, sin tener que recurrir a un alicatador profesional.
Un caso particular que requiere una renovación frecuente de las cenefas y piezas decorativas es precisamente el de los expositores de los fabricantes de este tipo de revestimiento en la ferias de materiales cerámicos. Otro caso similar es el de los hoteles, particularmente los de categoría superior que suelen renovar los azulejos de los baños con cierta frecuencia.
Para ello es necesario picar las cenefas que se quieren renovar y también el mortero o pasta endurecida hasta llegar a la pared. Posteriormente las cenefas nuevas se humedecen previamente y luego se colocan con pasta o mortero de arena y cemento según el caso. Finalmente se procede al rejuntado de las uniones con cemento blanco o material similar. Todo este procedimiento solamente lo puede realizar un profesional con el consiguiente costo y tiempo necesario para su ejecución. Para solucionar los problemas expuestos, se ha ideado una base de fijación, que facilita la renovación de piezas cerámicas con toda facilidad. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a una base de fijación de cenefas o cualquier otro tipo de piezas cerámicas, que permite renovar dichas piezas por personas que carecen de preparación específica.
Esta base consiste en una tira de plástico fácilmente recortable a la medida del tramo a instalar y lleva incorporada una cinta autoadhesiva para facilitar la fijación instantánea de las piezas cerámicas, reduciendo considerablemente de esta manera el tiempo y costo de instalación y sin necesidad de utilizar pasta o mortero de arena y cemento.
Esta tira cuyo ancho es igual al de la cenefa, se fija a la pared de la misma manera que cualquier pieza cerámica, puesto que se adhiere perfectamente al mortero o cemento adhesivo específico para alicatado.
El método de instalación de un alicatado totalmente nuevo, es el siguiente: Una vez que se han colocado los azulejos empezando desde el suelo, se coloca posteriormente la base de fijación, luego se coloca el resto de los azulejos, y cuando ha fraguado el mortero, se colocan dichas cenefas adhiriéndolas a la base, extrayendo previamente la lámina protectora de papel que cubre la cinta autoadhesiva. Finalmente se rejuntan las uniones con cemento blanco.
En el caso de renovar las cenefas de un alicatado ya colocado, solamente es necesario extraer previamente las cenefas viejas con una herramienta puntiaguda similar a un destornillador y posteriormente se colocan las nuevas como en el procedimiento anterior.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción del invento y con el objeto de facilitar la comprensión de sus características, se acompaña una serie de figuras en las que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La Figura 1, es una vista en perspectiva de una pared (1) ya alicatada con azulejos (2) y del conjunto que compuesto por la base de fijación (3) con la cinta autoadhesiva (5), y finalmente las cenefas (4).
La Figura 2, es una vista en perspectiva de la pared (1) con el alicatado de azulejos (2) y cenefas (4) ya terminado.
La Figura 3, es una vista de la base de fijación (3) cuyo perfil se destaca por las alas (3.1), el alma (3.2) y la protuberancia central (3.3). Separadamente se observa a la cinta autoadhesiva (5) con la lámina protectora de papel (5.1) levemente despegada.
La Figura 4 A, es una vista de la sección de una pared (1) alicatada con azulejos (2) y cenefas (4). La Figura 4B, es una vista ampliada de una zona de la figura anterior, en la que se observa a la pared (1), los azulejos (2), la base de fijación (3), las cenefas (4), el mortero (6) y finalmente la pasta de cemento blanco (7) para el rejuntado de los azulejos.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
Entre la diferentes realizaciones posibles de esta invención, dependiendo del tipo de modelo, la mas adecuada, es la que se describe a continuación:
Como se observa en las Figuras 1 y 3, la base de fijación de azulejos (3), es una tira extrusionada de plástico, cuyo perfil está caracterizado por sus alas (3.1), su alma (3.2) y la protuberancia central (3.3). Esta base de fijación (3) tiene incorporada una cinta autoadhesiva (5) cubierta con una lámina protectora de papel (5.1). Esta cinta autoadhesiva (5) viene adherida de fábrica a la base de fijación (3) mediante un pegamento específico para ambos tipos de materiales es decir papel y plástico. Esta base de fijación (3) se fabrica en tiras de dos metros, y se puede cortar fácilmente a la medida del tramo a alicatar.
Para colocar estas cenefas (4) previamente se debe fijar sobre el mortero (6) la base de fijación (3), al que se adhiere perfectamente debido a su rugosidad y a las propiedades especiales del material. El resto de los azulejos (2), se coloca según el procedimiento normal de cualquier alicatado. Una vez que se ha secado el mortero (6), normalmente al día siguiente, se colocan las cenefas (4) extrayendo simplemente la lámina protectora de papel (5.1 ), y ubicándolas en el sitio correspondiente.
Finalmente se procede al rejuntado de las uniones con pasta de cemento blanco (7).

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1- Base de fijación de piezas cerámicas intercambiables caracterizada porque, está conformada por una tira de plástico extrusionado recortable a la medida del tramo a alicatar.
2- Base de fijación de piezas cerámicas intercambiables, según reivindicación primera caracterizada porque, su ancho es el mismo que el de la pieza cerámica a renovar.
3- Base de fijación de piezas cerámicas intercambiables, según reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizada porque, dicha base lleva incorporada una tira autoadhesiva para la fijación instantánea de cenefas o cualquier pieza cerámica similar.
