Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de nouvelles compositions pharmaceutiques. Ce procédé consiste à former des microbilles comprenant du trimétazidine dihydrochloride, puis à enrober ces billes d'une membrane polymère afin d'adapter les caractéristiques de libération du médicament, ce qui permet un dosage 'une fois par jour' pour une dose de 60 mg de trimétazidine dihydrochloride par dose unitaire.
