Stand der TechnikState of the art
Adhesive bonds, in particular adhesive bonds, paints, laminates or cast components, are designed so that they can be manufactured under mild conditions, are durable as long as possible and have the highest possible strength. The result of high strengths is that in the event of a repair or recycling, the adhesive connection can only be released under extreme conditions, such as high force or high temperature. Adhesive bonds based on pressure sensitive adhesives are generally detachable, but are not suitable for transferring the high forces required for structural adhesive bonds. The loosening of adhesive bonds with high strength is usually accomplished by mechanical energy or chemical agents. The latter have the disadvantage that they cause a high environmental impact and also that The penetration of the agents into the adhesive joints of structural, long-term resistant adhesive bonds takes far too long.
Dies führt zu einer ungleichmäßigen Erwärmung des Kontaktklebstoffs.DE 43 28 108 A describes the loosening of floor coverings with the aid of microwave energy. For this purpose, a contact adhesive is used that is electrically conductive and filled with copper or aluminum powder. The disadvantage of these fillers is that the particles have sizes of a few micrometers and larger. This leads to an uneven heating of the contact adhesive.
Weiterhin ist es nicht möglich, eine lokal begrenzte Trennung des Bauteils bzw. des Fügeteils zu erzielen.DE 199 61 940 AI describes adhesives for detachable adhesive bonds which contain thermally activatable substances which, when decomposed, split off gaseous substances which then destroy the adhesive bonds. The disadvantage of this method is that . the entire component or the parts to be joined and the adhesive must be heated to separate the bond. This is associated with a high expenditure of energy. Furthermore, it is not possible to achieve a locally limited separation of the component or the joining part.
Das Lösen der Klebverbindungen erfolgt durch Einbringen in ein elektrisches, magnetisches oder elektromagnetisches Wechselfeld wodurch dieDE 199 51 599 AI and DE 199 24 138 AI describe adhesives for detachable adhesive bonds and adhesive bonds produced therewith which contain nanofillers that can be stimulated from the outside. The adhesive connections are loosened by introducing them into an electrical, magnetic or electromagnetic alternating field
However, this method has the disadvantage that the entire adhesive is heated - even in places where no heating is necessary or desirable, since the stimulable nanofillers are also present in places of the
Adhesives or primers are located on which heating is not required to loosen the adhesive connection in a targeted manner. Furthermore, high temperatures are required to separate adhesive bonds with high strength, since chemical Bindings must be broken to release the bond. The methods described therefore have the further disadvantage that when separating adhesive bonds with high strength, non-specific thermal decomposition of the adhesive and / or primer occurs. They are therefore particularly unsuitable for thermosets.
The production of stable adhesive bonds with high strength is usually carried out thermally or photochemically. However, the conventional methods for producing adhesive adhesive connections have the disadvantage that the entire component has to be heated in order to cure the adhesive. As a result, the process is energy and time consuming.
Darstellung der ErfindungWO 99/03306 and 0. Hahn, A. Kaimann in Adhesion - Adhesive and Sealing, 10/2001, pp. 35 - 38 describe a method for inductive curing of adhesive compounds. Here, adhesives which contain inductively activatable fillers are introduced into an electromagnetic field, the inductively activatable fillers being heated and the adhesive surrounding the fillers being cured. However, these methods have the disadvantage that the inductively activatable substances are distributed irregularly over the adhesive and the adhesive therefore heats up inhomogeneously. As a result, the strength of such adhesive connections is limited. The methods also have the disadvantage that segregation in the adhesive can occur during the inductive heating process and the distribution of the thermally activatable substances in the adhesive becomes even more uneven. Presentation of the invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide an adhesive composition which can be cured under mild conditions to form a permanent adhesive bond with high strength. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for releasing such adhesive connections without the long-term stability of the adhesive connection having to suffer.
These objects are achieved by the adhesive composition according to claims 1 and 11, the method for curing it according to claim 18, the adhesive composite according to claim 19 and the method for thermal dissolving of the cured adhesive composition according to claims 22 and 23. Claims 17 and 24 indicate uses of the adhesive composition and the method for dissolving the cured adhesive composition. The subclaims teach advantageous developments.
It has been found that adhesive compositions which contain a polymer, a polymer mixture or a reactive resin, and also crosslinking agent particles, can be heated by means of an electrical field, magnetic field, electromagnetic field, alternating electrical field, alternating magnetic field or alternating electromagnetic field. The crosslinker particles consist of filler particles that are metallic, ferromagnetic, ferromagnetic, superparamagnetic or paramagnetic, as well as crosslinker units that are chemically bound to the filler particles.
Inductive heating of the crosslinker particles causes a chemical reaction between the crosslinking unit and the Polymer or the polymer mixture triggered whereby a polymer network is formed.
Klebstoffzusammensetzungen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind insbesondere Klebstoffe, Lacke, Primer, Vergussmassen, Dichtstoffe und Laminierharze.Adhesive compositions in the sense of the present invention are in particular adhesives, lacquers, primers, casting compounds, sealants and laminating resins.
Hardening of these adhesive compositions therefore results in particular in adhesive bonds, painted or primed components, cast components, sealed components or polymer laminates. Polymers, polymer mixtures and reaction resins in the sense of the present invention can therefore be considered as all polymers, polymer mixtures and reaction resins suitable for the applications mentioned. Crosslinked polymers are preferred, particularly preferably polymers or reactive resins from which structural or semi-structural compounds can be produced. Epoxy resins, polyurethanes, acrylates, phenolic resins, polysulfides or melamine resins are particularly suitable. According to the invention, the filler particles are chemically bound to the crosslinker component. This chemical bond can be ionic, coordinative or covalent in nature. This includes, for example, van der Waals interactions.
In order to produce the chemical bonds according to the invention, it is advantageous if the surfaces of the filler particles are surface-modified, ie have functional groups on their surface which can easily react with functional groups of the crosslinking unit. The crosslinking unit in turn carries at least one functional group which, when heated, undergoes crosslinking reactions with the polymer, the polymer mixture or the reactive resin. The heating can take place either inductively or thermally in the conventional manner. Examples of functional groups that undergo crosslinking reactions are epoxy , Amino, thiol, alcohol, acrylate, methacrylate or vinyl groups are suitable.
An die Vernetzereinheit gebundene chemische Gruppen, die mit der Füllstoffoberfläche reagieren können, sind insbesondere Alkoxysilane, Alkoxytitanate undChemical groups bound to the crosslinking unit which can react with the filler surface are, in particular, alkoxysilanes, alkoxytitanates and
Alkoxyzirkonate. These lead to a connection to the usually metallic or oxidic surface of the filler particles. Filler particles, consisting of inductively stimulable materials inside the particles and one
Particle surface predominantly made of silicon dioxide are particularly preferred. They can be used in spherical or aggregated form. The predominantly spherical filler particles with a core-shell structure (see FIGS. 1A, 2A) can be e.g. obtained via sol-gel processes or from the reaction of nanoscale iron oxide with sodium silicate; the aggregated filler particles with a silicon dioxide surface (FIG. 1B, FIG. 2B) are preferably obtained by means of gas phase synthesis. The latter are called composite particles in the following. These composite particles consist of aggregates that show characteristic sintered necks; Several inclusions or domains of the inductively excitable material are distributed inside the aggregates, on the surface the composite particles consist predominantly of silicon dioxide.
Particles with silicon dioxide on the surface have a high long-term resistance to moisture in the bond between the crosslinking unit and the filler particle surface and react quickly with the chemical groups mentioned. In addition, the silicon dioxide layer protects the inductively excitable components from chemical attack by components of the formulation. The crosslinker particles according to the invention can be used, for example, as crosslinkers for epoxy resins. This epoxy resin can, for example, be a bisphenol A diglycidyl ether hardened with a diamine. By using such crosslinker particles, a thermoset is obtained which is highly resistant to chemicals and heat. A single crosslinker particle with epoxy groups is shown schematically as an example in FIG. 1A. As shown in FIG. 2A, the filler particles can also be in the form of agglomerates. FIG. 2A schematically shows a section of an agglomerate of iron oxide particles in a silicon dioxide matrix.
The adhesive compositions according to the invention have the advantage that the distribution of the filler particles is such that they are only located at the points where their action is required - in the crosslinking agent particles. In comparison to the previously known adhesive compositions, the filler particles are here in direct (i.e. molecular or almost molecular) contact with the points at which they should have their effect.
This avoids unspecific heating of the entire polymer in the case of inductive heating. The adhesive compositions according to the invention can therefore be inductively cured under mild conditions.
Adhesive compositions have the advantage that the adhesive connections made from them can be neatly separated again without the addition of substances that facilitate separation, with time and energy savings. Here too, at the molecular level, the heating takes place selectively at the point at which the bonds are to be broken. This has the advantage that not all of the polymer is decomposed, as would be the case, for example, when heating with a welding torch or laser. An unselective thermal decomposition of the polymer can therefore be avoided.
Naturally, a lower induction power is required for crosslinking or curing. For example, a lower power of the high-frequency generator is required than for the separation of the adhesive bond.
Erfindungsgemäß sind insbesondereAccording to the invention are in particular
Suitable adhesive compositions which have a crosslinker particle content of 0.1 to 80%, preferably 0.5 to 40% and particularly preferably 1% to 30%. By increasing the content of crosslinker particles or crosslinker units, an increased degree of crosslinking and thus a higher strength is achieved.
The crosslinking agent particles advantageously have an average primary particle size d. H. an average primary particle diameter of less than 1000 nm, preferably less than 500 nm and particularly preferably between 2 nm and 100 nm. This achieves uniform crosslinking of the adhesive composition according to the invention. Furthermore, such small particle sizes are the most suitable from the point of view of energy efficiency.
funktioneile Gruppen aufweisen, bevorzugt. The filler particles according to the invention can be agglomerated if the dispersion quality is insufficient. The crosslinker particles preferably have at least three crosslinking functional groups. This leads to a duromer. A duromer is generally obtained when three chemical groups (by polycondensation or by polyaddition-curing polymer systems) or, if appropriate, even two chemical groups (by polymerisation-curing polymer systems) are bound to the crosslinker. According to the invention, adhesive compositions with crosslinking agent particles have a crosslinking action based on their surface area of at least 0.00001 mmol * m ~ 2 have functional groups, preferred. The density of the crosslinking groups is typically in the range from 0.1 to 1 mmol per 100 m 2 of specific surface area of the crosslinker particle. The crosslinker particles according to the invention consequently form a star-shaped crosslinking center in the polymer network after the curing reaction. If the functional groups on the crosslinking units are, for example, epoxy groups, these can be used with BF 3 etherate as curing catalyst for crosslinking monofunctional epoxy resins. After curing, a thermoset is then formed, without the crosslinking agent particles according to the invention, only a linear, low-strength polymer would result.
The adhesive compositions according to the invention preferably contain filler particles which are surface-modified and are selected from the group consisting of iron, iron alloys and iron-containing metal oxides. For example, filler particles based on iron powder, magnetite powder, superparamagnetic iron oxide or manganese-zinc-iron oxide are suitable.
Bei Verwendung eines Sol-Gel- Prozesses kann auch gleich eine Reaktion mit einemFor example, nanoscale magnetite powder with a silicon dioxide shell can be surface-modified or functionalized by reaction with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane with epoxy groups. When using a sol-gel process, a reaction with a
Beispielsweise wird ein aufEpoxysilane occur so that a reaction step can be dispensed with. Another functional silane can also be used for one- or two-stage surface modification. The functional groups of the silane are selected so that they can react with the polymer system to be crosslinked. Suitable pairings of functional groups of the crosslinker component and the polymer system are, for example, the pairings listed in DE 197 33 643 A1, page 4. For example, an on
Obtain isocyanate prepolymer-based duromer if the crosslinker particles according to the invention are surface-modified with aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. Reaction of the amino groups with the dimeric isocyanate forms urea linkages as crosslinking sites. In the case of acrylate resins, the crosslinker particles are preferably modified with silanes containing acrylate or methacrylate groups, and in the case of mercaptans with epoxysilanes.
Adhesive compositions with filler particles which have been produced by flame pyrolysis are particularly preferred.
Such filler particles can be particles or aggregated particles with superparamagnetic iron oxide domains with a diameter of 3 to 20 nm in a silicon dioxide matrix. The production of such particles is described, for example, by Zachariah et al. in Nanostructured Materials 5, 383 (1995) or Ehrman et al. in Journal of Materials Research 14, 4551 (1999).
Besonders geeignet sind die in DE 10140089.6 mit Anmeldetag vom 16.08.2001 beschriebenen Eisenoxid-Siliciumdioxid- Kompositpartikel .The iron oxide-silicon dioxide composite particles described in DE 10140089.6 with the filing date of August 16, 2001 are particularly suitable.
The domains of the filler particles are to be understood as spatially separated superparamagnetic areas. Due to the flame-pyrolytic process, these particles are largely pore-free and have free hydroxyl groups on the surface. They have superparamagnetic properties when an external magnetic field is applied. The proportion of superparamagnetic iron oxide domains in the filler particles can be between 1 and 99.6% by weight.
Anteil an superparamagnetischen Domänen größer 30 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt größer 50 Gew.-%. In this area there are spatially separated areas of superparamagnetic iron oxide domains due to the non-magnetic matrix. The area with a is preferred Proportion of superparamagnetic domains greater than 30% by weight, particularly preferably greater than 50% by weight. The magnetic effect of the particles according to the invention also increases with the proportion of the superparamagnetic regions.
In these domains, the iron oxide can exist in a uniform modification or in various modifications.
AlsIn addition, areas of non-magnetic modifications can also be present in the particles. These can be mixed oxides of silicon dioxide and iron oxide. As
An example of this is iron silicate (FeSi0). These non-magnetic components behave like the non-magnetic silicon dioxide matrix with regard to superparamagnetism. This means that the domains remain superparamagnetic, but the saturation magnetization decreases as the proportion of non-magnetic components increases.
In addition, iron oxide domains can also be present which, due to their size, show no superparamagnetism and induce remanence. This leads to an increase in the volume-specific saturation magnetization. Depending on the field of application, adapted composite particles can be produced in this way.
A particularly preferred superparamagnetic iron oxide domain is gamma-Fe 2 0 3 (γ-Fe 2 0 3 ), Fe 3 O, and mixtures thereof.
In addition to the spatial separation of the superparamagnetic iron oxide domains, the silicon dioxide matrix also has the task of stabilizing the oxidation level of the domain. For example, magnetite, as a superparamagnetic iron oxide phase, is stabilized by a silicon dioxide matrix. According to a particular embodiment, the carbon content of the filler particles can be less than 500 ppm. The range is particularly preferably less than 100 ppm.
These can also have a chloride content of 50 to 1000 ppm, which results from the production of the particles. The particles are obtained by a flame pyrolytic process in which chlorine-containing precursors are reacted, for example, in a hydrogen / oxygen flame. The particles which form can contain chlorine, for example in the form of oxychlorides from the incomplete reaction, and in the form of hydrochloric acid. If these compounds are enclosed in the particle being formed, the chloride content of the particles cannot be further reduced even by cleaning steps without destroying the particles. The chloride content can be reduced to values of approx. 50 ppm by cleaning steps.
The filler particles can have different degrees of aggregation depending on the management of the flame-pyrolytic process. Influencing parameters can be residence time, temperature, pressure, the partial pressures of the compounds used, the type and location of cooling after the reaction. In this way, a broad spectrum of largely spherical to largely aggregated composite particles can be obtained.
The BET surface area, determined in accordance with DIN 66131, the filler particle can be varied over a wide range from 10 to 600 m 2 / g. The range between 50 and 300 m 2 / g is particularly advantageous.
In a preferred embodiment of the composite particles, the “blocking temperature, the temperature below which no more superparamagnetic behavior can be determined is not more than 150 K. In addition to the composition of the particle, this temperature can also depend on the size of the superparamagnetic domains and their anisotropy.
The composite particles made of superparamagnetic iron oxide and silicon dioxide as filler particles are then e.g. reacted with silanes, which additionally carry groups that can react with the adhesive. In this way, the inductively stimulable crosslinker particles are obtained.
Bei der Erwärmung vonIn an advantageous development of the invention, the filler particles are bound to the crosslinking unit via a thermally labile group. Azo groups, carbonate groups or ethylene groups with sterically demanding substituents are particularly suitable as a thermally labile group. When heating from
Adhesive compositions with such thermally labile groups break the bond at a certain temperature, whereby for the examples given above, nitrogen or carbon dioxide is formed or the carbon-carbon bond of the ethylene group is broken with sterically demanding substituents. A filler particle to which the crosslinking unit is bound via a thermally labile group is shown, for example, in FIG. IB or FIG. 2B, in which the filler particles are in agglomerated form.
In one variant, the adhesive composition, which can be heated by means of an electric field, magnetic field, electromagnetic field, alternating electric field, alternating magnetic field or alternating electromagnetic field, contains a polymer, a polymer mixture or a reactive resin, a thermally labile substance, a crosslinking component and filler particles, the metallic, ferromagnetic, are ferrimagnetic, superparamagnetic or paramagnetic.
Adhesive compositions of this type are particularly suitable for producing hardened adhesive compounds which are to be detached again by induction heating.
Insbesondere sind Epoxidharze, Polyurethane, Acrylate, Phenolharze, Polysulfide oder Melaminharze geeignet .In the context of this variant, adhesive compositions are in particular adhesives, lacquers, primers, casting compounds, sealants and laminating resins. For the purposes of this variant, polymers, polymer mixtures and reactive resins can also be considered to be all polymers and polymer mixtures suitable for the applications mentioned at the outset. Crosslinked polymers are also preferred for this variant, particularly preferably polymers or reactive resins from which structural or semi-structural compounds can be produced. Epoxy resins, polyurethanes, acrylates, phenolic resins, polysulfides or melamine resins are particularly suitable.
Weiterhin sindThe inductively stimulable fillers are either in the form of singular nanoparticles or aggregates or in the form of agglomerates. They are preferably in direct contact with the thermally labile substance, so that the heating takes place selectively at the point at which bonds are to be broken. The thermally labile substance is therefore particularly preferably bound to the inductively stimulable fillers. Furthermore are
Füllstoffpartikel, die eine siliciumdioxidhaltige Beschichtung tragen, bevorzugt . Sie weisen eine hohe Dauerbeständigkeit gegenüber Feuchte auf .Filler particles that carry a silicon dioxide-containing coating are preferred. They have a high resistance to moisture.
The crosslinker bears functional groups which, when heated, which can be done either inductively or thermally in a conventional manner, undergo crosslinking reactions with the polymer, the polymer mixture or the reactive resin. As' groups that Crosslinking reactions are suitable, for example epoxy, amino, thiol, alcohol, acrylate, methacrylate or vinyl groups.
Die Klebstoffzusammensetzungen dieser Variante haben daher den Vorteil, dass nach ihrer Aushärtung adhäsiveThe adhesive compositions of this variant therefore have the advantage that after they have hardened, they are adhesive
Connections are created that can be neatly separated by inductive heating, saving time and energy. If the filler particles are in direct contact with the thermally labile substance, the heating takes place selectively at the point at which bonds of the thermally labile substance are to be broken. This has the advantage that not all of the polymer is decomposed, as would be the case, for example, when heating with a welding torch or laser. An unselective thermal decomposition of the polymer can therefore be avoided.
Substances which have average particle sizes between 2 nm and 100 μm, preferably 2 nm and 1 μm and particularly preferably 2 nm and 200 nm are particularly suitable as the thermally labile substances added to the adhesive composition.
If adhesive compounds, which can be obtained by curing such adhesive compositions, are heated, breakage of
Bonds in these thermally labile substances or to phase transformations of these thermally labile substances and the polymer network is destabilized, whereby breaking of the adhesive connection is possible.
In an advantageous further development, the thermally labile substance is a blowing agent which forms a gas under the action of heat, the gas formation temperature being higher than the temperature at which the crosslinking of the adhesive composition begins. The release of adhesives which have been produced from such adhesive compositions takes place by inductively heating the particles coupled to the blowing agent above the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent or the blowing agent component and the thermal decomposition caused thereby. The resulting gaseous decomposition products "blow up" the adhesive bond. Suitable blowing agents are, for example, substances that split off water of crystallization (eg aluminum nitrate), organic carboxylic acids (eg oxalic acid, glutaric acid), azo compounds (eg azodicarbonamide, azoisobutyronitrile) or fluorocarbons.
Particularly preferred blowing agents are azodicarbonamide and sulfohydrazides, such as, in particular, toluenesulfohydrazide and oxy-bis (benzosulfohydrazide). In general, derivatives of azodicarbonamide are also suitable. The blowing agents can optionally be activated with zinc salts. These blowing agents have the advantage that they deliver a high gas yield, are very poorly soluble in organic media, and are stable at 180 to 200 ° C. H. above the service temperature of common adhesive bonds, decompose and are non-toxic. If necessary, the decomposition temperature can be reduced by additional activators and thus adjusted to the conditions under which the adhesive compounds are to be dissolved. The poor solubility of the blowing agents mentioned in organic media has the consequence that the blowing agent is not dissolved in the adhesive and the intimate contact between the inductively heatable filler particles and the blowing agent is retained in the adhesive. This further increases the effectiveness of the resin formulation according to the invention.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the adhesive composition according to the invention, blowing agent and filler particles are first of all Collective particles are formed, the blowing agent optionally being bound to the filler particles. Collective particles are understood to mean particles which contain both the propellant and the filler particles.
These collective particles are obtained by precipitation, pressing, microencapsulation or binding of blowing agents and filler particles with a polymer. The size of such collective particles is only limited by the later application. Collective particles of this type have the advantage that the adhesive matrix can be used to produce well-tolerated inductively heatable propellant particles. The blowing agent can therefore not be released from the resin system and the intimate contact between inductively heatable filler particles and the blowing agent is maintained.
The polymer for forming the collective particles is preferably foamable polystyrene. The collective particles are thus polystyrene beads, which at the same time contain the inductively heatable filler particles and a blowing agent, which is usually used to foam polystyrene. Such polystyrene beads advantageously have a size of 1 μm to 1 mm. The inductive heating of adhesive composites, which were produced from adhesive compositions containing these polystyrene beads, causes the polystyrene particles to foam and thus the adhesive composite to loosen.
Die erfindungsgemäße KlebstoffZusammensetzung wird vorteilhafterweise für Klebstoffe, Lacke, Dichtstoffe, Primer, Matrixharze oder Vergussharze verwendet. The adhesive composition according to the invention is advantageously used for adhesives, lacquers, sealants, primers, matrix resins or casting resins.
A method for curing the adhesive composition according to the invention into adhesive compounds consists in that the adhesive composition by means of a electric field, magnetic field, electromagnetic field, alternating electric field, alternating magnetic field or alternating electromagnetic field is inductively heated to a temperature at which the crosslinking of the adhesive composition begins.
This method has the advantage that the duration of the inductive heating is usually in the range of seconds to minutes and is therefore significantly shorter than in the conventional thermal curing method. It is therefore particularly suitable for curing the adhesive compositions according to the invention on sensitive objects. This process is also very efficient in terms of energy.
The curing process according to the invention can in particular be carried out as described in Ortwin Hahn, Andrea Kaimann, Adhesion - Adhesive and Dense, 10/2001, pp. 35 to 38 for adhesive compositions containing coarse fillers. The addition of curing catalysts and activators, as described in the as yet unpublished DE 10127704.0, is advantageous.
Der mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren zum Aushärten der erfindungsgemäßen Klebstoffzusammensetzung erhaltene Adhäsi verbund weist mindestens eine ausgehärteteThe adhesive obtained with the inventive method for curing the adhesive composition according to the invention has at least one cured
Layer of adhesive. In particular, such an adhesive composite can be an adhesive connection, a casting component, a sealing component or a polymer laminate. The hardened adhesive layer can be a lacquer layer or a primer layer.
The method according to the invention for the thermal detachment of the adhesive composite, which can be obtained by curing the adhesive composition according to the invention, is carried out in such a way that the cured layer of the Adhesive composition by means of an electric field, magnetic field, electromagnetic field, alternating electrical field, alternating magnetic field or alternating electromagnetic field is inductively heated. If the adhesive composition contains the crosslinking agent particles according to the invention, the cured layer of the adhesive composition is heated in the method according to the invention to a temperature which is above the ceiling temperature of the crosslinking points. If the adhesive composition contains filler particles and a thermally labile substance, the hardened layer of the adhesive composition is inductively heated to a temperature at which the thermally labile bonds of the thermally labile substance or the thermally labile group break.
In the method according to the invention for the thermal dissolution of the hardened adhesive composites, the filler particles are thus heated inductively, which triggers a chemical reaction in which either the thermally unstable substances cause the crosslinking points of the polymer network to break due to bond breakage, gas formation, and / or swelling effects the inductive heating of the filler particles causes a break in the crosslinking points present in the immediate vicinity of the filler particles.
Die jeweils benötigten Geräte, Parameter undThe adhesive composites according to the invention are detached selectively by the action of the high-frequency energy of a conventional induction coil. The eddy currents formed, particle movements in the alternating field and hysteresis losses heat up the metallic, ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic, superparamagnetic or paramagnetic filler particles located in the polymer network according to the invention. This also heats up the polymer system in the immediate vicinity of the filler particles. The induction voltage is chosen so that the heat generated is sufficient to dissolve the crosslinking points in the polymer network or, in the case of combination with blowing agents, to thermally decompose it. The induction frequencies are preferably between a few kilohertz and about 35 megahertz. The required devices, parameters and
Device settings depend on the filler used and its content in the polymer system. In particular, the particle size distribution, the Curie temperature, the permeability, the electrical resistance, the coefficient of thermal expansion and the specific heat capacity are variables on which the achievable temperature depends on a specific device setting. The temperature required for separation depends on the thermal stability of the respective polymer system or
Propellant. If the filler particles used are chemically bound to the crosslinking points of the polymer system, the filler itself is part of the polymer system. Because of the local proximity of the chemical bonds to be separated to the filler particles which can be introduced by induction heating, the separation takes place in this case particularly effectively.
The method according to the invention for detaching adhesive bonds can be applied to adhesive bonds that only consist of the adhesive according to the invention itself, but an adhesive primer based on the adhesive compositions according to the invention can also be used in combination with a commercially available adhesive. In this case, the bond is loosened selectively in the primer layer. The adhesive remains on one of the two glued parts.
Als Beispiele seien hierfür faserverstärkteIf the adhesive composition according to the invention is a lacquer that is to be inductively stripped, adhesive compositions according to the invention in which the filler particles adhere to the crosslinking component are particularly advantageous are bound. This has the advantage that no chemicals, no expensive equipment and no high personnel costs are required when stripping. Furthermore, the inductively strippable paints are particularly suitable for sensitive substrates. Examples include fiber reinforced
Composite plastics called, in which the base polymers are damaged by the pickling chemicals, or the fibers can be exposed or damaged during grinding. Both lead to an inadmissible weakening of the sensitive component.
The method according to the invention for inductive stripping is particularly suitable for carbon fiber reinforced components of aircraft or glass fiber reinforced composites in ship hulls and wind power blades.

For this purpose, a joint in the joint area is coated with a 0.2 mm thick layer of adhesive, the second joint is put on and both parts are fixed with a slight pressure (approx. 0.02 N / mm 2 ). The subsequent hardening of the adhesive takes place by excitation with a semiconductor generator M230 from STS. The excitation frequency of this generator is 300 kHz. A coil with three turns and an inner diameter of 3 cm is used for inductive excitation of the adhesive in the adhesive connection. The adhesive surface is oriented in the middle of the coil perpendicular to the coil axis.
