Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de protection d'aiguille qui se présente sous la forme d'un élément coulissant clipsable (7) s'adaptant aux seringues (1) disponibles dans le commerce. Cet élément peut être clipsé latéralement sur le cylindre (2) de la seringue de façon à recouvrir l'aiguille (4) et la protéger. On peut ensuite le faire coulisser axialement sur le cylindre (2) pour le faire passer de la position de protection dans laquelle il recouvre l'aiguille (4) à une position de travail dans laquelle l'aiguille (4) est dégagée pour pouvoir être utilisée. Cet élément coulissant clipsable (7) comporte une section d'extrémité (8) creuse de forme conique qui entoure l'aiguille (4) lorsque ledit élément est clipsé sur le cylindre dans la position de protection. Ladite section d'extrémité (8) présente une fente longitudinale (9) par laquelle l'aiguille (4) peut être insérée latéralement lors de la mise en place du dispositif de protection ; elle comporte par ailleurs au niveau de sa pointe une ouverture (10) par laquelle l'aiguille (4) peut passer. L'élément coulissant clipsable (7) présente, à son extrémité opposée à la section d'extrémité (8) de forme conique, un entraînement à roues (15, 16, 17) qui peut être actionné manuellement pour déplacer axialement ledit élément.
