Abstract

La présente invention concerne un filtre de cigarette. Ledit filtre comprend une tige de tabac (1) enveloppée dans un papier fin, un filtre (2) et un papier manchette (3) qui enveloppe le filtre et le maintient attaché à la tige de tabac. Le papier manchette présente une conception ajourée sur une surface d'au moins 50 mm2 et le ?situé sous ces orifices présents dans la conception ajourée présente des micro-ouvertures. Le but de ces orifices présents dans la conception ajourée, qui représentent une surface totale d'au moins 50 mm2, est de permettre à une partie du monoxyde de carbone (CO) de sortir de la fumée avant inhalation.
